Baby boys have high levels of testosterone for the first seven months after birth more or less, even starting before birth.
Newborn: 75-400 ng/dl
This is in the range of 10-12 year old boys as puberty starts.
So yes, a baby born a boy has already been influenced by testosterone, is a boy, and will remain a boy.
