It's kind of chicken & egg.

A lot of these poverty tourism trips are specifically done by premeds to buff their resumes with "life experience" to get in.

It really is interesting how virtue signalling egalitarianism can override basic survival instinct. I guess that Kalergi brainwashing is some seriously powerful shit.

According to Ugandan press the girl was caught setting fire on grass and banging on panels at 4am, security wanted to cancel her trip and advised they take her to a hospital which they did, she attempted to jump out of a moving vehicle during the journey, they returned to base after the medical evaluation, security staff objected saying she was still unstable, the next day she went missing.

There is no mention of her visiting Uganda to prove she is not racist, they only mention that she planned on becoming a doctor specialised in tropical illnesses.

the girl was caught setting fire on grass and banging on panels at 4am

Made-up charges.

security wanted to cancel her trip and advised they take her to a hospital which they did

She was abducted by thugs with badges.

she attempted to jump out of a moving vehicle during the journey, they returned to base after the medical evaluation

She tried to escape but they captured her

security staff objected saying she was still unstable, the next day she went missing.

She got raped, killed and her body got disposed.

This part was just made up. No one goes on safari to prove that he's not racist.

I agree there is inference of her motive by Felix here, but it's indicative of a movement by liberal white European women going to brown and black places with political motivation to prove they are safer than those places reputation. And as a result these people are hurt or killed.

Little of a, little of b.

Also that they never experience consequences for their actions in the west, because men here are conditioned to never do anything beyond politely saying "don't do that", and so when they run into men who don't actually see them as people, well...

In Europe, they experience consequences for 'existing', due to immigration.

How can something whose motivation hasn't even been established be 'indicative' of anything?

Believe me, I'd love to laugh at people getting what they deserve. But I only do that when this was the actual motivation and not something made up to make a situation more inflammatory or turning it into "divine justice" - like with people taking in 'refugees', for which there is 0 excuse. Going on safari is pretty ordinary here, somewhat strange as it is to me as a colored.

Well for starters it wasn't an official safari, she was on an unofficial tour with an unofficial tour guide, whose been charged.

Secondly, other women have done bike trips, or hikes in places with dangerous places to show a lack of danger. It doesn't mean those people weren't actually biking or hiking or whatever.

Well for starters it wasn't an official safari, she was on an unofficial tour with an unofficial tour guide, whose been charged.

The charge seems to be not operating with a license. So your theory is that she could have gone with a licensed tour operator, but that she knowingly went with one who wasn't "to prove that she wasn't racist"?

Secondly, other women have done bike trips, or hikes in places with dangerous places to show a lack of danger

I know people claimed that afterwards. But if this was their actual motivation.

I don't have a motivation at all. I don't know anything about her case. I said the commenter is making an assumption.

Other people have claimed to take dangerous routes, or gone to dangerous places for stated reasons akin to showing dangerous areas are safer than advertised.

If the plan is unnecessarily going off the beaten path to prove a political point, then announce this on social media it's not assumed.

Not quite. Or you have seen different things than I have. Are you sure that this wasn't people claiming this after their deaths? The right has this problem of believing anything posted by anons on social media.

If the plan is unnecessarily going off the beaten path to prove a political point, then announce this on social media it's not assumed.

If. But I would be very surprised if it had anything to do with a 'poltiical point'.

It’s 100% necessarily implied. Any white woman with proper survival instincts rooted in rational pattern recognition would never go on such a trip. Every white woman knows the risks involved either way, so at least some part of her was doing this in spite of readily available information telling her not to do so. She was defying that wisdom in order to prove that she’s not “like that” aka not racist.

You have very poor reasoning ability.

Maybe the pattern she recognized is that Stormfags like you are full of it, and that the fact that you've been kicked out of 109 forums isn't because the forums are all IRRATIONAL.

Every white woman knows the risks involved either way

So all you have to do is get a tan?

She was defying that wisdom in order to prove that she’s not “like that” aka not racist.

No, she was defying it because people have an irrational need for novelty. I have a slight desire to go on a safari, but given the fact that this requires me to travel to sub Saharan Africa, be around pestilential mosquitoes and wild animals, I don't.

You have very poor reasoning ability.

You're a fat American (but I repeat myself) who has no idea about how Europeans think, making the dumbest claims about people you've never met on a continent you've never been to.

Ooo Tony’s gloves coming off lol

Also, you did not correctly turn that phrase. It only resembled a clever retort in basic structure, but the content didn’t map. Cargo cult behavior, classic low IQ.

So all you have to do is get a tan?

Do you believe that black and white women have the same risk profiles when it comes to rape and murder in Africa?

No, she was defying it because people have an irrational need for novelty.

Absurdly reductive and retardec argument. There is an entire universe of experiences she could have chosen that did not require her to put a bullseye on her back. She specifically chose this one in flagrant defiance of the racial/ethnic realities.

I have a slight desire to go on a safari, but given the fact that this requires me to travel to sub Saharan Africa, be around pestilential mosquitoes and wild animals, I don't.

And if you were a white woman and not a gay mixed retard, then you would include “might get raped and murdered by black savages” in your list of reservations. You would never say it out loud, though, for obvious reasons. And then some gay mixed retard on the internet would take your self-imposed censorship as evidence that you never even had the thought.

You're a fat American (but I repeat myself) who has no idea about how Europeans think, making the dumbest claims about people you've never met on a continent you've never been to.

I’ve only visited half a dozen countries outside of North America, and all of them are in Europe lol

Cargo cult behavior, classic low IQ.

It might be a 'cargo cult' if it were actually effective, rather than idiots repeating what they hear fellow retards say. Do keep up.

Do you believe that black and white women have the same risk profiles when it comes to rape and murder in Africa?

Do Americans believe that there are two groups of people in the world: whites and blacks? That's why I said 'tan'. You don't become black if you get a tan, or you have to do it really well.

Absurdly reductive and retardec argument

OK, so pointing out modern man's incessant need for novelty is 'retarded', but saying with zero evidence that someone went on safari to "prove she isn't racist" is the height of brilliance?

There is an entire universe of experiences she could have chosen that did not require her to put a bullseye on her back. She specifically chose this one in flagrant defiance of the racial/ethnic realities.

Going on a safari is "putting a bullseye on her back"? It really isn't. It's normal. You may say it shouldn't be, but it is.

And if you were a white woman and not a gay mixed retard

What's a gay mix? A piña colada? Let me assuage your worries, no such Amerimutt mix comes anywhere near me.

You would never say it out loud, though, for obvious reasons.

Why? Because you assume that everyone in the world is a fat American who has the same hang-ups about race that your supposed people does? People here talk frankly about matters.

Yet all this in no way goes even a millimeter (a unit of measurement, FYI) to establishing that "she went there to prove that she isn't racist". That's just a Stormfag fever dream.

And then some gay mixed retard on the internet would take your self-imposed censorship as evidence that you never even had the thought.

Even Amerimutts who drink gay mixes know that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. But it's noted that you'll talk about literally anything except the claim that "she went on safari to prove that she isn't racist".

I’ve only visited half a dozen countries outside of North America, and all of them are in Europe lol

Wow, six whole countries? I'm proud of you, little one - assuming that you weren't just standing in Luxembourg and having the American quality do the six countries for you.

Wasnt there a couple that decided to bike across the middle east to prove how tolerant the middle east was, and they ended up brutally killed? It was a few years ago, possibly longer.

permalink parent save report block reply

I've heard many such stories, though the "to prove that it's so tolerant" aspect is probably embellished. But of course, bike riding in Pakistan (not the Middle East) is about the dumbest thing you can do. Your family and friends would probably stage an intervention. Very different from a safari which is normal.

If only Europeans were still such risk-takers, we'd be in a less appallingly bad state!
