I agree there is inference of her motive by Felix here, but it's indicative of a movement by liberal white European women going to brown and black places with political motivation to prove they are safer than those places reputation. And as a result these people are hurt or killed.
Also that they never experience consequences for their actions in the west, because men here are conditioned to never do anything beyond politely saying "don't do that", and so when they run into men who don't actually see them as people, well...

How can something whose motivation hasn't even been established be 'indicative' of anything?
Believe me, I'd love to laugh at people getting what they deserve. But I only do that when this was the actual motivation and not something made up to make a situation more inflammatory or turning it into "divine justice" - like with people taking in 'refugees', for which there is 0 excuse. Going on safari is pretty ordinary here, somewhat strange as it is to me as a colored.
Well for starters it wasn't an official safari, she was on an unofficial tour with an unofficial tour guide, whose been charged.
Secondly, other women have done bike trips, or hikes in places with dangerous places to show a lack of danger. It doesn't mean those people weren't actually biking or hiking or whatever.

The charge seems to be not operating with a license. So your theory is that she could have gone with a licensed tour operator, but that she knowingly went with one who wasn't "to prove that she wasn't racist"?

I know people claimed that afterwards. But if this was their actual motivation.
I don't have a motivation at all. I don't know anything about her case. I said the commenter is making an assumption.
Other people have claimed to take dangerous routes, or gone to dangerous places for stated reasons akin to showing dangerous areas are safer than advertised.
If the plan is unnecessarily going off the beaten path to prove a political point, then announce this on social media it's not assumed.

By "political motivation" do you mean "sexual fantasy"?
Little of a, little of b.

In Europe, they experience consequences for 'existing', due to immigration.

The unofficial tour guide has been charged exactly with that, with operating as a tour guide without a license, and nothing else.
Missionaries of the new religion. Just like all the crazy chicks who used to go into Indian territory to convert them two centuries ago.
