But its an effective one because a lot of women genuinely believe its true, and that's why they are so insane over the issue and willing to believe anything.
But it feels like it's true! Look at you, mansplaining your "facts" and misogynkneecapping me with your "objective reality"! It doesn't matter what IS true reality, it matters what we feel is true!
For a few months, they've been pushing some story of a woman dying in a hospital parking lot because the doctors wouldn't operate to remove her septic long-dead child because they were afraid of abortion laws.
Which, even if that was their fear, is probably malpractice, because that procedure is not against the law anywhere. If any doctor actually, truly believes it is, then it's their fault for not knowing the law, and its Democrats fault for spreading medical misinformation in the first place.
None of this matters, of course, because women have been in a state of permanent hysterics since Dobbs v. Jackson got overturned.
Of course they do. They believe (rightly or wrongly) that they will be the ones who get to define what "disinformation" is, either by controlling the government directly or pulling the strings via the deep state.
A federal abortion ban would require being passed in the Senate and the House. The SC ruling reversing RvW was specifically because it hadn't been passed through the legislature. The court doesn't have the power to make law, only to interpret it.
I don't know that that's exactly true, I'd want to read the decision in detail. But for the sake of argument, lets assume it is. Abortion, like murder, doesn't fall within federal jurisdiction in the first place unless it's a crime on federal property or on federal land.
The problem with RvW that got it overturned wasn't about federal jurisdiction. Federal jurisdiction covers anything and everything thanks to loopholes like the interstate commerce clause. What got it overturned was that it was never passed as a law in the first place.
Any state can ban it or allow it as they see fit. The federal government could do the same.
Only positive thing I can say about this, is, dishonest though it may be, at least they've created their own meme. This "Republican Congressman who won the last election" is a recurring character. It's a lie, but they've had worse marketing. As sad as that is.
That's actually pretty scary. Think about it...there are people this ad will appeal to.
That was pushed really hard here in Orlando. A doctor appeared on an ad and said he couldn't give life saving work because of the law. He was an actor, and then the real doctor specialized in abortions.
Even the acting is bad. Nothing about that was believable.
I mean, the republican didn't even knock.
He just appeared one day and told you what to do, and you had to do what he said or else question mark. And god only knows what question mark implies.
I am but a poor pregnant democrat, which by the way never happens. What will become of me and my pregnant democrat wife?
Tune in next week. Same blyat time, same blyat channel!
The only way the right could possibly poke fun at this would be to hire the same actors and just have the guy say my wife's boyfriend got my wife pregnant. That's the only change.
A democrat ad starring white people. They must be getting desperate.
If it’s about White killing themselves or their babies.
Reminds me of that Canadian ad promoting suicide. Only Canadian ad I saw in 10 years with only white people.
Incredible that they were finally able to find a redhead.
I've never heard anyone insist that a mother must die if her pregnancy has unexpected complications. What a ridiculous straw man.
But its an effective one because a lot of women genuinely believe its true, and that's why they are so insane over the issue and willing to believe anything.
Also there are a few uniparty republicans desperate to keep the charade alive who will agree that yes, she should die so the baby can live.
All the more reason why they shouldn't be able to vote.
It's not like the left has anything else. They certainly can't brag about policy
But it feels like it's true! Look at you, mansplaining your "facts" and misogynkneecapping me with your "objective reality"! It doesn't matter what IS true reality, it matters what we feel is true!

There is no state in the country where this is true. None. It is 100% disinformation.
Abortion is legal if the mother's life is in jeopardy in all 50 states and no one has made any utterance to change that.
A federal abortion ban would require the overturning of the supreme court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade.
It's all dishonest retardation with no basis in reality.
And are the same people who want to make "disinformation" illegal.
Of course they do. They believe (rightly or wrongly) that they will be the ones who get to define what "disinformation" is, either by controlling the government directly or pulling the strings via the deep state.
Particularly that malinformation. Pesky truth! Always getting in the way.
So it will be extra effective on women
That should suggest that you have a moral obligation to protect the women you love from it.
No decision needs to be overturned.

The interstate commerce clause is broad, but I still think it would be a hell of a challenge to claim federal regulation on it in the first place.
The interstae commerce clause was used and upheld for said use by the SC to prevent a farmer growing food for his own use of his own property.
Oh shit it's you lol.
Never mind.
Yes it's me. My name is above my message. Which decision was that?
Wickard v filburn
Who knew a doctor could know enough about what's going on to decide for an abortion over a phone
'I haven't even seen your woman, but I declare we need to kill babies ASAP!!''
~Democrats
There's an awful lot that docs will diagnose over the phone just to avoid getting out of bed & driving to the hospital in the middle of the night.
They are seriously pushing the idea that Trump will kill women and the zombies who watch MSM are believing it
Exploiting women’s base instincts to always blindly support other women
Only positive thing I can say about this, is, dishonest though it may be, at least they've created their own meme. This "Republican Congressman who won the last election" is a recurring character. It's a lie, but they've had worse marketing. As sad as that is.

Well the Democrats recent knowledge of medicine and the Hippocratic Oath just shows that we're to believe this advert 100% and without questioning it.
there's literally no abortion ban on the table. Trump himself said he would veto it.
I really wish libel and slander were actually things the courts would take seriously.
I am so fucking sick of Demoncraps and their false claims that aborting a pregnancy that is killing the woman has been made illegal.

He lives in their house as part of their polycule. Democrat lifestyle 101
The pharmaceutical establishment must have more babies to test things on! Give your children to Molech!
