The body is trying to do the same for axe wounds. Except they stuff their dildo inside themselves to dilate. Making new injuries that will bleed. And I doubt the majority of trannies is capable of properly disinfecting their dildos. And they're not finished after a while, but dilate for the rest of their lives. It's bound to be a breeding heaven for bacteria and other smelling shit.

I remember that I used to have bad anxiety and identity issues as a teen, but I was lucky enough to see a professional who seemed to truly care about helping me understand growing up and learning why I felt so powerless and misunderstood.
He showed me that there were many ways I could direct that negative energy into positivity and appreciate myself for who I am.
He never put me on medication and never got me to get any surgeries or anything like that.
Instead, he showed me how to understand and capitalize on what I appreciate most in life and simply treat others the way I want to be treated. He's actually part of why I ended up supporting Trump and being pro independence and populism.
Sadly, many young people nowadays aren't lucky to get someone like that in their lives.
I probably would have ended up going down the dangerous path these troubled leftist LGBT people go through now if I went through those problems about 5 years later than I did.
That's why I can feel so passionate about this topic.

As for preventing people from making such a terrible decision I think that your experience was exactly right: young people questioning their (gender) identity should be gently reminded that sex is an immutable biological trait and that feelings of body dysmorphia (especially around puberty) are not uncommon and nearly always pass with time.
Also this seems to lack any sort of control. Like, a lot of invasive surgery results in experiencing pain in the weeks and months after the surgery so how does that compare against a tranny operation?
But that's the wrong comparison to make. The alternative to castration isn't having your appendix removed, it's literally doing nothing. Your control group is all unmutilated men in that age cohort.
n = 20 is actually not irredeemably small. 20 is the cutoff point at which the sample begins to have real predictive value as a population representation provided the sample was assembled correctly. Given the homogeneity of the Troon population, I would say that this result has statistical significance and the sample is not too small at all.
