Last year I had surgery on my back and they had to cut a ~3-4cm deep hole in it. Diameter of 4-5cm. So too large for a suture (or they had another reason to not do it, don't know).
Initially I had to get my wound dressing changed every day (later it was twice a week). They stuffed the wound with a silver based mesh (silver is antibacterial) and put a bandage on top of it to prevent contamination. Took close to 2 months to properly heal (as you could see the flesh growing & filling the hole and only finally the skin closed everything up).
The body is trying to do the same for axe wounds. Except they stuff their dildo inside themselves to dilate. Making new injuries that will bleed. And I doubt the majority of trannies is capable of properly disinfecting their dildos. And they're not finished after a while, but dilate for the rest of their lives. It's bound to be a breeding heaven for bacteria and other smelling shit.
