This is what confuses me about rules for hiding identities for minors. It's one thing to be accused or be a victim of something, but if punishment has taken place, you would think there is an interest for public safety to at least identify the perpetrator.
I imagine its still done in the interest of "they are still kids, they can turn their life around" and to let them not have it hanging over them later. I don't agree with it, but the idea is consistent with a lot of other laws around minors.
But we also all know if he was a wrong think offender, they'd name him from every rooftop. So its all moot and fuck them.
Exactly, and you can even look at a lot of the "tried as adult" cases to find out they really only care about protecting minors when its narratively beneficial.
Well, most of the "they dindu nuffin, wuz goin' ta church" is bullshit, and they'll be career criminals/thugs until they get put in the ground the hard way
I think they don't want people to realize how depraved the teens are. For one thing, if you don't get a name, you won't know if they've done it before. Multiple events could come from the same anon. And of course the whole Coulter's law. Blacks are going to be hugely represented, and if people knew what the criminals looked like they'd be even more suspicious of young black men than they actually are.
The real tl;dr is that they're more concerned with protecting criminals than victims.
They're not the ones voting for this shit; it doesn't matter how they vote -- they're outnumbered 2:1 by (D)s in the state. Honestly I feel bad for them; they have zero political representation despite paying some of the highest taxes in the nation. Yeah, maybe they should move, but that isn't always an option.
I remember how getting beaten up at school got you suspended (because being the victim of a violent battery during school was considered 'fighting' and it was your fault that you didn't avoid it). Depending on how much you had been beaten up, the cops would be called, and there'd be a real chance you'd go to jail.
That's just the violence though. If you'd showed your dick in the girls locker room, don't worry about being expelled, that's a given. You should be much more worried about the sex-based felony charges coming your way. Felony charges that could end with you being put on a sex-offender registry, possibly being officially listed as a pedophile because it doesn't matter if both of you are 16, your both minors, and that means your victim is a minor.
If you were to have pulled this stunt, there's a real chance that death is preferable than what the school and cops are about to hit you with. Your life might not be over, but you can forget about any dreams or ambitions you thought you would have. You'll be lucky to work at Walmart for the rest of your life, assuming you live under a different name.
But in this case: the fact that there's no felony charges coming shows that the police think it's important to let troon ogres sexually assault and then batter women.
I never had anyone suspended for getting beat up, but they did suspend people for fighting back. If it looked like you were both swinging, if there were witnesses to that, they'd suspend you. However, if you just ran away you wouldn't get suspended.
We never had anything on video. If they had surveillance, they never reviewed it for us. There had to be witnesses. So one way to fight is just fight with only witnesses who wouldn't rat you out around. Easier said than done.
I don't know about the details of the sex offender registry, but many delinquents go into adulthood with a clean record. You could get a job because they can't pull up juvie stuff on a background check, I don't think.
Read: he'll be doing the same shit and probably escalate at another school very soon.
Read: don't mention the identity of the perp so girls in other schools won't know what's about to hit them.

The entirety of mainstream media couldn’t wait to put Sandmann, a minor who wasn’t even accused of a crime, on their front pages.
And then a lefty judge dismissed a bunch of his slam dunk defamation lawsuits.

Its in California. They vote for this shit.
None of this "there are plenty of good ones Cali" bullshit.
Here's a fun fact that lots of folks find surprising: there are more registered Republican voters in California than in any other state. Ref: https://ballotpedia.org/Partisan_affiliations_of_registered_voters

It's hard to move out of home. The entire network to take care of yourself is destroyed.
Yep, even Bruce Jenner is a registered Republican.
They're kind of cucks though. I have family out there. Lifelong Republicans.
My cousin is so Granola, you'd think she was a hippy if you met her. But she's a hippy for Jesus. And a Republican. Sort of.
You are human fucking garbage if you believe people should be assaulted because a state votes a way you don't like
Your logic the people in Ohio deserved the toxic water you retarded fucking white nigger
BioMale sounds like a new game by Ken Levine.
TheImps strongest soldier
No wonder the Imp loves troons.
Good for the girl. She’s a fighter. This is what needs to happen to troons
You bigots need to stop posting video of this sort of thing that never, ever happens!!!!

From my experience, you had to prove you didn't fight back, because the school assumed you did, so you had to prove your innocence.
Again reliance on witnesses to figure out what happened.
Dear Feminists,
You get what you fuckin' deserve.

There's no peaceful way out of this, I hope everyone realizes this.
Don't accomodate leftist lingo.
Spread his picture. DOXX him. Save the women.
Tranny rage plus the certainly education-centric "Martin Luther King High School". What an interesting combination, the perfect golem.
Pretty ironic because I think King would be upset about how youths are behaving these days.
Call them "trans-identifying males", removes ambiguity and doesn't even begin to hint that "transgender" is a valid concept.
Best be on high alert around gorlocks
First, she has to put up with this monster attacking her in her locker room.
And then, she has to put up with some "journalist" bitch misgendering her.
