Seeing things like this, I'm wondering if the accelerationists may have a point

Heck, at the rate things are going it seems like accelerationists are in power...

That's what these governments are doing: accelerating the collapse.

The collapse is bad for us, good for the people with private space ships and hundred-man bunkers all ready to go.

Of course accelerationsists have a point.

There is no such thing as too far. Even just 20 years ago, if you suggested that "changing your gender", "banning farms", "lockdowns" or "eat the bugs" would be a part of modern discussion, they'd lose their shit. But guess what? That the stage we're in.

Too far is a lie people tell themselves in the hopes that shit will start to revert. The only truth is that it can be too fast for people to accept. Throw a frog into boiling water and it'll jump out. Put it in cold water and slowly bring it up to a boil and it stays put.

Obviously, there are really fucking stupid accelerationist ideas as well. For example, the NZ Mosque shooter was an accelerationist, and he's rightfully behind bars. Terrorism doesn't achieve accelerationist goals, because it actually provides a tragedy and rationalisation for the extremist ideologies to be further pushed. Accelerationism works best when the extremist line cannot be rationalised with their pushes by utilising tragedy and such.

Oh, I said way back they were slow dripping it prior to Trump, but once Trump happened they were not going to let it happen again and will NOT be taking their time this go-round. The NWO pedal is to the metal.

On top of that, they knew they could easily control a large amount of the populace. The sheep's reaction during Covid showed them it is far easier than they thought, and there are many more than they thought. They have been empowered and nothing is going to stop them.

Is this related to government efforts to “end climate change”?

It's related to the globalists efforts to bring us all to our knees.

Yes. The current climate of not having complete and total control over the peasants is offensive to the elites.

Isn't nitrogen a huge part of creating fertilizer to help plants grow? Like, we could use a lot of it right now?

Is this government preventing nitrogen production or consumption?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 22 ▼
– cartoonericroberts 22 points 3 years ago +22 / -0

Consumption, sort of. This is for nitrous oxide and urea which are both produced by livestock (and all other animals). Basically Dutch have a lot of cows, cows produce nitrogen waste because they eat a lot of protein because they are made of protein. Basically The Netherlands is fucking its own economy and the food supply so that they can hit some metric set by unaccountable bureaucrats (many such cases).

It's also a huge portion of our atmosphere and one of the most fundamental building blocks of any food web or ecosphere. "Reducing nitrogen" is equivalent to "reducing total life".

Where is this coming from? Isn't Ireland doing the same thing? Is this some more EU faggotry or something?

Government appointed a lot of areas as Nature2000 areas and gotten money from the EU for that. One of the agreements regarding nature2000 areas is that nitrogen levels have to be below certain thresholds. Government being the idiots that they are made a lot of Nature2000 areas right next to farmland which has a higher nitrogen level due to farmland having to undergo preparation for the ground to be able to produce anything (and farm animals producing waste as well). As such farmers were blamed for the government being unable to achieve the agreed upon goals (even after farmers invested a lot in more animal friendly/nitrogen reducing methods). It doesn't help that every time a farmer quits that the area is immediately build upon (industry area or residential) making the government look like hypocrites and just bullying farmers away for their investor friends.

I'm guessing that they're going after nitrogen runoff, which is actually a problem, but can be dealt with in a very simple way... by putting more animals per acre, not less.

Never assume stupidity when malice is a possibility. Always keep the second option in mind; assume nothing. If the second option is the case, is there a reason that big businessmen, real estate moguls, and politicians would want farmers who own lots of open farmland to stop farming and sell off their land at bankruptcy prices?

Food prices are already up by like 15-20% because of the war in Ukraine. Now Globohomo wants to axe a load farms all over Europe.

They're deliberately engineering a food shortage.

because of the war in Ukraine.

Citation needed. Like, scientific citation, not a propagandist's government-officiated declaration.

Food prices are up by like 15-20% because countries printed 15-20% more money than has existed prior during the COVID scaremongering, and things don't cost dollars, they cost percents of the overall available wealth or they cost units of time.

Even wolves don't eat the brains of their large prey.

So humans who eat headcheese are dumber than wolves, I guess.

Every time I tell people I know that government hates you and wants you dead they suck government toes like they get paid for it. Even funnier when those same people riot and freak out every other month because of the government.

And yet here we are, watching world leaders take your livelihood and potentially inducing mass starvation.

If it makes you feel any better, pretty much every time I slip a minor anti-government dig into a conversation, the other person will not only agree, but take it further than I did. It's always encouraging when people whose politics I don't even know will just outright agree the government is a nuisance that hates us.

This doesnt make sense, but even trying to wear their hat, it doesnt make sense. People need to eat so instead of that nitrogen, which I assume is cow farts or from raising cattle or crops being produced in the Netherlands, instead its produced in another country, and since air pollution is global, it still affects the world including the Netherlands.

What is the idea behind this that they say? Of course its true intent is to hurt citizens but what do they say to the public about it?

They only need the thinnest veneer of accountability to do what they want. We saw it with covid and BLM. The public will just take it because the elites have all the power and they dont

That's only when nitrogen is fixed into the soil via various methods (one of which being lightning of all things).

Nitrogen gas doesn't really do anything and our atmosphere is something like 76% nitrogen already.

When the commies did this it required total state control of media and travel. In the internet age that is just not possible, it eventually will become untenable as the rest of the world leaves the west behind to wallow in filth and decay.
