As some others have been pointing out on this site and a few places on Reddit still, TiA, SiA, etc, facial hair development in FtM will be permanent. So will the voice drop that happens. The system in place should already exclude that 90%, that's why there is supposed to be a waiting period, with therapy to basically try to convince you that you're not trans, and if the dysphoria persists, then transition is the only way to help.
