"Transitioning" is a crock of shit. It's like cutting someone's arm off because they're so insistent they were supposed to be born without it.
Instead of indulging them in their self-mutilation they need treatment to get them to stop thinking they're "supposed" to be something they're not.

It quite literally is, that is why it happens, and that is why the majority of them are happy with the results and can actually move on with their lives when they treat dysphoria.
Every one of the 90% of people that think they are trans that desist naturally when not given hormones or other "gender affirmation". Doing nothing is literally a far superior treatment than mutilation. Who would have thought.

The system in place should already exclude that 90%, that's why there is supposed to be a waiting period, with therapy to basically try to convince you that you're not trans, and if the dysphoria persists, then transition is the only way to help.

Therapy to help them to accept what they are would be infinitely more helpful than mutilation and insisting on fostering delusions of being the opposite sex. "Transitioning" isn't a treatment either, it's just mutilation and delusions.
