It's one of those things that kinda amazes me especially after the whole twitter thing. Elon bought twitter and everyone was saying "oh, a bunch of these people are on suicide watch". You have to think with the trans community that's kinda a permanent fixture.

While that may fiddle with the stats ["they're no longer trans therefore this wasn't a trans suicide] detransitioning doesn't mean they won't still do so. They may even be more likely to than any other point in their life due to the permanent changes HRT can cause on a body that most Trans Rape Activists claim "never happen".
As some others have been pointing out on this site and a few places on Reddit still, TiA, SiA, etc, facial hair development in FtM will be permanent. So will the voice drop that happens. This means a 20 something woman can end up growing a thicker beard than Brian Blessed and having a voice to match it.
If they didn't sincerely have image issues beforehand they very well might after.

That's the ones that weren't trans in the first place but transitioned due to peer pressure. It's the opposite for actual trans people.
"Transitioning" is a crock of shit. It's like cutting someone's arm off because they're so insistent they were supposed to be born without it.
Instead of indulging them in their self-mutilation they need treatment to get them to stop thinking they're "supposed" to be something they're not.
