I've watched family go through dementia, and it's been obvious that he's been basically falling apart since 2012. Lo and Behold: those 2 brain aneurysms didn't fucking help him any.
I don't know what cocktail of experimental drugs they have him on to keep him barely senile in public events like this, but it's a major advance in medicine, I'll tell you that.
What alarms me is his legs. He's lost incredible muscle mass in his legs. When you start to look at the rest of the suit, you can see that the suit is kinda puffed out. It's a good suit, but it doesn't do enough hide how frail and dangerously thin his arms and legs are at this point.
Joe Biden is dying. He's dying in a very real, very literal, sense right before our eyes. I don't know of a single person who's ever dealt with an elderly person with dementia, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's, who doesn't recognize that Biden's falling apart. I don't think he can make it another 4 years.

With modern metallurgy and plastics (and the huge advancements in medical technology thanks to government research repairing soldier's blown off limbs and eyes), I wouldn't be surprised if there is some kind of advanced, thin, exoskeleton that has been made for him to help him walk without a walker. Falling over could genuinely kill him.

They'll squeeze your hands hard enough to break bone, they almost physically can't not grab something with almost their entire strength from time to time. Any nurse in a nursing home can basically tell you that you might need at least one adult's full strength to try and break the grip of a patient. You might have to be careful letting them play with your kids because they can really hurt the children if they start squeezing the kids arms or hands... and can't let go.
