It is quite literally producing more co2 than raising cows. You need bio-reactors filled with a very expensive solution all kept at a perfect temperature while keeping it completely sterile. All costing huge amounts of energy. It is also astronomically more expensive to grow a single lab grown burger compared to the normal method of keeping animals.
Doom 3 deviated too much in genre. The fan base for Doom are the people who just want to shoot demons as fast as possible with interesting guns. They instead went into horror which just turned their original base off and the horror game fans aren't interested in playing doom. If they made it an original IP instead it would have sold better.
Zelda is just applying the same story line formula, changing bits here and there, add a few new mechanics and they have a new installment. While Nintendo has their problems they are still releasing stuff that works and fans love. Western publishers on the other hand seem to enjoy alienating their fan bases with politics and shouting racism whenever their "diverse game" is being outsold by an indie dev in their attic.
Every object has some amount of gravity. Though it affecting you compared to the other massive objects in space is negligible. To simulate earth like gravity in a smaller object like a space station you would need something like centrifugal force as a stand in for gravity force that earth has (and no, Oprah doesn't have enough mass to have a earth like gravitational pull yet.)
Android is open source so the moment that they try it is the moment that android will be dealing with 20 different projects all dedicated to purge government out of the OS. Also locking the bootloader has been a lost cause as hackers find exploits faster than manufactorers can fix them.
Already? I think I saw him posting yesterday so that may be a record
