If they didn’t want to assume the player was male they could have placed a “he/she” in there once at the beginning. It’s weird, awkward, and pedantic, but it is a solution that is commonly accepted to a problem only had by people with no real problems.
I played various sports in my youth. At a young age in parks and rec leagues the best players on your team could either be boys or girls. But once you hit puberty and start playing in high school you notice the changes and abilities in those same people. Hell go to you local high school varsity boys and varsity girls basketball games and you will spot a difference across the board. Not even just a matter of height difference or shooting and jumping, but notice how quickly the girls will rack up fouls compared to the boys.
Anyone else think it’s weird the fairly recent msm support of witchcraft? Like if this was a headline in the 90s there would be 2 sides of reactions to this, outrage from part of the religious right, and laughing at the absurdity of it.
Indifference and ignoring her would remove a lot of her power. No one showing up would make sure gdc probably not giving her air time again. And no one doing anything more that downvoting the YouTube vid of her talk later. Negative comments make them feel justified. If something has to be said make a response video calling her out where she’s wrong and nothing more. She thrives off of victim points. Look at Troy Leavitt. They went after him for his reasonable an polite videos calling her wrong, WB didn’t fire him and thought they were fine, making those reeing about them look like the crazy people they are.
I really hope the joke was hilarious. Will Smith’s family is weird and in constantly putting themselves in the public eye, he should expect jokes.
