The shooter I can't place but I'd wager that's also audio from Jojo. It's not important though. It sounds kinda like "itten nan no sumori nan da" which might be something like "what are you trying to do?" but don't take my word for it, I'm not fluent. Trump duplicating himself is a reference to Funny Valentine's ability.
Next scene is a reference to the famous Star Platinum catching a bullet fired at point blank range scene from Part 3.
Last quote is "The corpse favours me, Valentine!", referring to the corpse of Jesus Christ. Don't worry about it too much, Part 7 is wild. Probably used just because it has the connotation of divine right to rule, sorta.
