Civil courts have become political and cultural kangaroo clown shows of extralegal vengeance. They need to be reigned in immediately.

At the rate things are going, Trump could take office and extrajudicially execute a ton of court officials, and a good +40% of the county would cheer. Not calling for that, for the record.

Our system is extremely broken, and that's clear to anyone paying even a modicum of attention.

He should do that

Eh, there's people on my lists before court officials, but sure.

Its one of those cases where the overton window would actually work in our favor.

Not calling for that, for the record.

It is with a heavy heart, and with no sense of promotion, advocation, glorification, or endorsement, that I will, reluctantly, do exactly that.

I would only cheer if he had the good sense to ensure that it was broadcast far and wide. Our legal system is so completely fucked at this point. It's not a system to ensure justice but a weapon to be wielded against whoever isn't in power, which makes the whole thing completely illegitimate.

So how we doing this? Gotta be televised of course but we going old school where I get a black hood, work on my upper body strength to get the perfect downward swing on an axe? /s

This was one of the reasons I wish we got Teddy instead of Woodrow Wilson as president. One of his proposals was the ability to remove judges by popular vote. It would purge a lot of these judges especially in red districts if they try this political crap instead in practicing non partiality.

They literally told the jury "a small amount won't stop Donald Trump." Yet more evidence of the illegitimacy of the entire fucking thing. It wasn't law, it was torture for daring to be opposition.

Once again, this is the jury that literally found that he DIDN'T rape her, but that he DID defame her by calling her a liar when she said he raped her.

Alex Jones: -Deplatformed -Defaulted into liability verdict -"Trial" only on quantum -Prohibited from asserting innocence -Restricted in what he could say in his own defense

Steve Bannon: -Stripped of defenses by judge

Roger Stone: -Gagged by judge

Donald Trump NY Fraud Case with Judge Engoron -Deplatformed -Gaged by judge -Summary Judgment into liability verdict -"Trial" only on quantum only -Prohibited from asserting innocence -Restricted in what he could say in his own defense

Call it communism, fascism, tyranny, kangaroo courts, banana republic, whatever...

THIS IS NOT AMERICA. WAKE UP BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR COUNTRY FOREVER. IF IT'S NOT TOO LATE ALREADY.

And if you are ok with this, YOU ARE THE FASCIST.

I don't disagree with Viva's points.

But there's irony in Freiheit calling out Americans for being too passive when he himself grifted trucker convoy donations to fund his escape months later to Florida because opposing Trudeau was too hard.

Is this another one of those "We found you guilty by default judgement" alex jones jobs?

While also telling you you can't show evidence that your accuser is a whack job from social media.

It's New York. Of course it is. They specifically created a law allowing people to create civil suits past the statute of limitations without evidence, specifically to attack Trump. It's as blatant of a sham as it could be.

To call her evidence flimsy would be a step up. And who doesn’t believe the jury was filled with a bunch of zombies with TDS

She'd need to have evidence before you could call it flimsy.

People slave away at low-salary jobs every year, and their effort is supposed to be worth less than 1/1000th of the value of saying someone lied about a rape for which there's no evidence or prior conviction...

Ultimate fuck this gay Earth moment.

They did the same think for Hulk Hogan against Gawker. Seems strange to me as you'd assume the person is asking for more than they actually deserve, not less.

To be fair, in the Gawker trial, they were allowed to present a defense and not only did they fail at that, they made themselves look absolutely subhuman while doing so. Remember, "4 years old."

Every time they do something outrageously stupid like this, it only makes me like him more. It does absolutely nothing to tarnish his image in my eyes.

They have taken the boy who cried wolf effect to the extreme. Trump could turn into a genocidal maniac and I'd still prefer him to whatever robot the liberals put out at this point. I don't give a fuck anymore.

I bet this is a distraction from the Fani Willis/Nathan Wade scandal. The uniparty knows that RICO case is going down in flames, so they needed something to make Trump look bad and distract the normies.
