Anymore, what consequences are there? The law-abiding are the only ones that law apparently applies to. The looters are mostly treated as hapless, harmless animals by the state until one is killed by someone with an iota of morality.
The only stores safe are bookstores, should just have a hallway full of books or job applications before you get to the storefront to deter looters /s
