Weird Pandora's box to open. So if a group of hwyte people form an HOA that expresses a Racial Preference then Biden and his minions in the DNC would be OK with it?

Wish we had a "journalist" with the 'nads to ask Karine Jean-Pierre if that's what he means.

Never mind anything else: what bit of the Constitution allows “racial preferences?” SCOTUS basically just told you they were not Constitutional

Yep, this. Civil Rights Act said screw your freedom of association, you need to treat everyone the same. Until that goes in the bin, which I don't see happening anytime soon.

No it didn't. Even as someone who wants to repeal it, it doesn't prevent you from freely associating yourself with other. It creates a regulatory burden on businesses, wrenches a Rousseauian social contract philosophy into a Lockean constitution, and gets a foot in the door for the government to authorize race control programs; but you can still associate with people of your choosing.

A business is an association of people.

That’s a right you as an individual have: the government can’t treat you differently based on your membership in a group. That’s not the same thing that’s at issue here. This is Biden saying the government has a right to apply different standards of admission to a state school based on race, which is an issue of equal protection. it doesn’t implicate freedom of association in anyway.

This is not the first time this term the Biden regime has explicitly stated they were going to violate the law, ignore SCOTUS, and do what they wanted.

I agree, white people should be allowed to only associate with white people if they want to.

Jean-Pierre said, “I know the American people are really tracking this, as they should be. The Dobbs decision, that was something that was decided on a year ago, really took away the freedoms from women. I think about abortion, I think about reproductive rights. And that was unprecedented. Now, you fast forward to what we saw last week, affirmative action, again, taking away important constitutional rights that have been in place for a long time. Let’s not forget the president was, when he was a senator, he was the chair of the Judiciary Committee, he is an expert on this. He understands how this works. A lot of these unprecedented decisions that this SCOTUS has made, they have been held up in the past by Republicans, by Democrats, right? And so, there [are] so [many] changes that have happened in the past year, and it is unheard of. It is really wrong what we’ve seen.”

...fast forward to what we saw last week, affirmative action, again, taking away important constitutional rights...

Imagine believing that a group is so mediocre, inept and dysfunctional that government handouts/assistance are a constitutional right.

The cake case was decided on how badly rigged Colorado's kangaroo court and process were.

The website case was on the principle of compelled speech.

America can only survive when these disgusting racialists are forced from every position of power, or if those positions of power are destroyed.
