Climate lockdowns: Residents of Oxford will only be allowed to drive out of their designated region twice a week. Travel rationing limits in the name of saving the planet. Brazen green tyranny. (www.youtube.com)

For those who don't want to watch a video, the report by Toby Young is here: https://dailysceptic.org/2022/12/05/oxford-county-councillors-to-introduce-trial-climate-lockdown-in-2024/

This in turn cites other news sources.

Covid was just a practice run. Normies are so indoctrinated, they won't even contest this because it's "climate change".

IMO normies don't know what's happening in their own country, let alone the around the world. It's the left who votes for these politicians and policies that are dragging us down.

It's a left-vs-right issue. Always has been, always will be.

You don't get to claim ignorance to literally everything, at all times, happening right in front of you. At this point, they are just as guilty of allowing it to get this bad as are those spinning the wheel.

In case some idiot did not understand it yet:

  • It was NEVER about safety

  • It was NEVER about the virus

  • It was NEVER about the climate

It was ALWAYS about new ways the globalist elite seeks to gain power over you. They hate you and want you to suffer and die (literally, since they seek "depopulation").

Nothing that can't be fixed with a few dozen dead politicians.

Funny. My state is one of the few most to supposedly effected by climate change, yet, here we are, not implementing of the lunacy and everyone is enjoying Florida without having their state washed away on a daily basis.

What is effecting us isn't climate change, it ecosystem destruction. No barrier island in some places, coral reefs washed away, ground water sucked out so land subsided, no natural replenishment due to man's actions, beech replenishment digging away natural sand bars, removal of protective coastal wetlands, mangrove forest destruction, farm runoff...

Forests removed to make way for asphalt jungle McMansion suburbs, domestic animals concentrated in industrial areas until their waste becomes toxic, destruction of the topsoil to produce cheap food... all of them, and everything you said, is shit that normies want done so they can keep up with the Joneses.

And then the normies want a pristine environment back.

You never give government ANY excuse to seize additional powers for whatever reason because they will resist any chance to surrender those powers even if the end response is armed uprising.

It's not enough that you have to pay effectively 3 different taxes (license, registration, and mandated insurance) to be able to use the property you supposedly own. Now they're telling you how much you're allowed to drive.

As it's rolled out, I think these restrictions won't apply to everyone. I'm sure the left will create some kind of tier system. Their favored groups will get more trips or be exempted from the restriction entirely. Much like the American system of gas rationing during WWII, except based on political allegiance rather than importance to the war effort.

Or like the elites in London lording it over the plebes, partying unmasked while obedient citizens cowered in their traps fearing the outdoors, hysterically hectoring anyone who dared to venture out or anyone who refused the idiotic "social distancing" rules.

Better grill more charcoal and build a public hearth to burn wood constantly to make up for it.

Did he show his monkey pox picture fetish collection again in this video? Western journalists are addicted to dead Muslim children that drowned in the Mediterranean. Paul Joseph Watson is addicted to monkey pox gore.

I'm pretty sure there a ton of normies that live in fear of the world ending because of climate change.

The wuhan virus had two things climate change doesn't: masks, and easily manipulated death statistics. While they could probably start making up numbers about deaths due to climate change, I think it's more likely normies would see through it because of the obvious lack of immediate cause. I guess the equivalent would be temperature maps with a lot of red on them, but that lacks the same impact.

Masks carried the very visible message "I'm afraid, you should be too" to everyone who saw them, regardless of whether they were worn under duress, and was a very effective herd mentality thing. Without something like that, it will be much harder to bring along the unwashed masses to the delusion that the world is ending.

While they could probably start making up numbers about deaths due to climate change

They already do. Natural disaster resulted in deaths? Climate change deaths. Heat wave resulted in deaths? Climate change deaths.

Slightly warmer Winters ( increasing the greenhouse effect largely skews to increasing Winter and nights minimum ) results in fewer people dying of hypothermia? "No we're not going to substract those from our fear-mongering numbers."

They deliberately choose not to explain the last point about which temperatures the greenhouse effect impacts more, because people aren't going to support their authoritarian power grabs over a 3C rise in Winter minimums and a 1C rise in Summer maximums over a century.

Also hard to “vaccinate” against climate change…

What can they do, “lock out” people whose “carbon footprint” is too high..??

I fail to see this Oxford “plan” working, on any scale, for any length of time…

I don’t think even normies are that cowed. Yet, anyway…

Except maybe in Melbourne (/Portland/whatever local equivalent you choose), but then… Fuck Melbourne.
