Why don't they go after modern art? Please stay away from the classics.

Because classics have been created why those evil white males, not artificially chosen minorities whose skin color and sexual orientation matters more than the art.

If they vandalised modern "art", how would you tell the difference?

There is no downside, they are attacking the white bourgousie patriarchy - and it will continue because it is a fool's errand to "stop oil" and the courts won't make a clear example of them.

They think "it generates a conversation!", but with any hope that conversation will involve a noose.

Because postmodern artists are kindred spirits and normal people would be glad to be rid of their works.

There are currently a few civil lawsuits in Germany by museums against these vandals. These stunts cost around 10,000€ in damages (restoration, cleaning, lost business, etc).

Considering how politically aligned our courts are with the far left I don't have high hopes but we'll see if these retards will have to pay for the damage they're causing.

Only civil? What about jail time? This won't stop without making examples out of perpetrators.

There are no criminal consequences because the German justice system has been subverted by far-left extremists. We have a level of Gleichschaltung that we last had under the Nazis.

Climate cultists blocking roads for emergency vehicles get a couple of community hours and counseling. People who are fed up with their bullshit and push them aside literally get higher sentences than these climate terrorists.

The justice system in Germany is corrupt through and through.

"I hereby define this museum as a holocaust memorial site in honor of the lives lost in this country and beyond. Any art pieces here are also defined by such."

Done.

Even if they have to pay, there are funds that will just give them money. The legal system isn't going to stop this.

Theoretically Germany has a law against forming criminal organizations, which this would be. Of course good luck getting anyone in Germany to enforce those laws against left-wing extremists. These laws never apply to the left because we have a two tier justice system where the government's brownshirts are exempt.

Degenerates and those desperate to claim power always attack the past because it shows how pathetic they are by example

Those that work to preserve the works of the past usually try to use it as a benchmark of how much they need to improve to be venerated like they were.

Funny how all these incidents manage to have people recording them. Funny how all these incidents involve people who manage to bring things in through security too.

Really makes you think. 🤔

Damage property owned by fossil fuel companies? Nah, let's throw mayonnaise on an old painting.

It’s so dumb we are going to start being searched for canned food at museums…. I mean I don’t walk around with canned food, but the fact that there will be slower moving lines because of this really sucks

I honestly think that is part of the aim…

To “inconvenience” everyone, and to make us into an ever-more repressive police state. That’s what they, or at least the people funding them, want for our collective future…

If it happens to be cashless, all the “better”.

Rentacops aren't allowed to be violent. I think the return of a little violence to the west would solve a lot of issues.

I would love to be able to say “I don’t know how we got to this point”, but, as someone who was formerly involved in the environmental/climate activism movement, I honestly… Am not surprised that we have (reached this point).

It’s been heading this way for some time…

Let me fill you in on a little secret: this movement doesn’t target places that will actually fight back (like company headquarters, say). They will never actually target the powerful, or those doing “the polluting”, or the companies themselves, or governments. Not directly, anyway (though cyber activism and rallies in the street, say, are a different matter). You know why? Because those guys wont tolerate this sort of activity. They have actual security guards. They will fuck you up.

That’s why we get stuff like this, and it’s a big part of why I quit.

The org I was part of? Completely targeted the wrong people, and the wrong groups (intentionally), and when I pointed out their bald-faced hypocrisy, they admitted that they “didn’t want to bite the hand that feeds them” (in this case, the University), and essentially… Then kicked me out of the group.

All of those people are professional (paid!!) activists, now. All of them. And they are about as “sincere” as fucking Kraft cheese slices…

"How do you feel?"

With a bollard and a velvet rope. I feel heavily with them. How do they feel against your head?
