He's already mentioned that his Twitter account is owned by a Texas-based LLC. His YT channel is probably the same, which means that both YT and Twitter are violating the Texas law, which the 5th Circuit recently upheld, preventing them from censoring Texans on their platforms.
Which is smart from a legal perspective, LLCs are incredibly cheap for an individual to set themselves as a “business”. This also the best way to create legal protection again other companies interfering as their tweets are a businesses tweets versus an individuals.

He's not going to sue them.
He very well might. He indicated a willingness to sue Law and Crime when he got a BS copyright claim and likely has hard data to show damages. I think the only determinant at this point is whether he gets his channel back prior to initiating any sort of suit, and who he's going to sue.

But he's always talking about how "no body can afford this", referring to lawsuits. And, especially now considering the YouTube shekels have ceased and GoFundMe has revealed itself to be activists that won't let anything like Vic Kicks Back happen ever again, I just don't see it happening.

I guess streamers on YT make bank from viewers that have YT premium because they receive compensation based on time viewed.
If you ever wonder why the YouTube competition is shit, it's this. Content creators seem universally unwilling to not grab all the money, in the name of principle, and treat their video as "YouTube first, everything else backup/secondary."
Yeah, I get it, it's hard to leave five figures a month on the table. But never forget that money exists to keep you putting this content first.

Probably also the case that most people just go on youtube and see X live, so they watch it. If they don't see it, they don't seek it out to additional platforms. They might check occasionally, but not often enough to catch a stream live.

Oh no, why would paypal do that? Hasn't he learned that twitter will ban you for wrong think? Facebook is not the platform you should be on. GoFundMe doesn't like sharing money with people as it is. Getting revenue from Patreon is supremely difficult even if you follow their rules.

Update - basically he did something to get a 3rd strike (probably mass flagging) he already had one hard stroke last spring for “showing violent content” of a 40 second video’d crime that he was commenting on about the violence itself and the trend to make human life valueless.
