Funnily enough it's usually black people I see walking around in the rain without umbrellas. Like if I'm driving down the street and it's raining, White and Asian people on the sidewalk will already have umbrellas and look like they're trying to hurry. Black people walking like no problem. I am not convinced that Black people own umbrellas.
