Pros and cons, but I like using it ... Personally I'd rather give them worthless data as it's often more damaging than no data at all.
The only valid use case for something like Ad Nauseum would be if the advertiser is the only target. For example, I like Ryu on YouTube but hate Warhammer 40,000 Lost Crusade, so clicking on his ad would help him and hurt the scummy mobile company. That is not a valid strategy when you're just helping people you hate funnel money to propagandists you also hate.
I think the idea is the people paying for it will quickly realize that the "clicks" they're getting aren't actually doing anything for them.
You could bot your own accounts for ad money... 🤔

The problem with social media is that you need to be where the people actually are, hence the term social media.

For all we know, he disabled his own Instagram account after getting an avalanche of hate. Or it was not his account in the first place.
