I had an economics professor mention that employers value women less because they're less productive during "a certain time of the month" as he put it. Looking back it's a wonder he wasn't fired. Or lynched.

For being right, if this story is genuine?

For saying something the Church of Woke considers heresy. And yes this story is genuine. It was a during a unit on discrimination in a labor economics class, so it was pertinent to the topic at hand. This was also just as the idpol shit in the offline world was getting real crazy, so it's possible my class was one of the last classes to hear him say that. Like I said looking back I don't know how he managed to say that and not get cancelled.

also childless women aged 27 to 33 are a major risk employers for similar reasons. They may end up with a child which the employer will have to pay for, and they may decide they like being a SAHM more than working [most do]. They lose profit employing them.

That certain time of the month is 'whenever they start talking to each other/flirting with men'.

Most companies have bullshit positions to fill with women. The problem is idiot women think they are real and start pushing themselves into real jobs. I had an HR director that would talk over programmers about how to code. Whenever I walked by her office I saw her playing video games or shopping online.

Her biggest job was what to order for the team for lunch but she really thought she was IT. No matter what job you make up for women, once they are in a company they will push their bullshit into all the other departments; "I greet clients and smile at them when they first arrive, why aren't I paid as much as the guy that stays late to debug hundreds of lines of code?? You didn't hear me the first time I asked so I will yell it about it online until a social media mob comes calling for the CEO"

Is it legal to only hire by recruitment only? Like never post a job opening but only by sending job offers to those you want? Most jobs that seems difficult to fill empty positions but for small start ups it seems like away you could get around it.

That's how a lot of entertainment works. They post the job, but have already hired someone. Unless you can prove your worth, or at least know someone who has, you won't be hired.

Ok, this is in India.Female teachers in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh have started a campaign seeking three days of menstrual leave every month. Many teachers say they have to travel long distances to areas that are not well connected by public transport and that filthy toilets at schools - which are generally unusable - add to their misery during periods. I recall a UNICEF commercial or article, or charity or something for feminine hygiene products in Africa, because girls had to miss school because of their periods, because they were too poor, or there was no place to change them, or something like that. So it actually is a problem. Now, I've heard similar things in the US, about wanting leave for lady days. It can be debilitating for a select few, but if you're that disabled by it, then companies should not be forced to keep you on. It's like Maternal Leave, why pay'em when they aren't working, everything objectors said to women in the workforce was basically true. So while this would be nonsense in the West, in Third World countries it might be a thing, though it should be at employer's discretion, no government involvement, free market, freedom of association.

So hell bent are they on declaring themselves victims, that they will now make being a real woman(as opposed to a fake one) into a disability.

You think trannies are going to miss out on that paid time off just because they don't have periods lol

Why not give women permanent period leave until theyre done having periods. Dont hire women until theyre in their 50s. Problem solved.
