I don't like most of the people in that industry since it's so incredibly leftist, so half of me wants to laugh my ass off at it's impending ruin.

The other half doesn't want the crazy nutjobs to win anything more though.

Most of the useful idiots haven't woken up yet because they haven't personally lost something, and they're too stupid to notice the trend until it slaps them in the face.

Waking up a handful of pretentious mustachios with just enough balls left to not take it lying down isn't actually a win for them, let them do it, they're only destroying their own cover from future push backs.

As far as I know, the McCloskeys are still liberals and the black pro-BLM store owner whose store was burned down by BLM rioters still supports their cause.

You're not wrong, but some people will never wake up.

We need to learn the lessons of 1st century Christianity and 1910's Bolsheviks. The goal is not to convert everyone. The goal is to form a network of hardened, committed, elite people who understand the vision, know what it takes to achieve it, and are ready and waiting for the opportunity to move with an effective strategy.

Right now, there isn't even a coherent vision. EthNats want to expel all the darkies, Impossible1 wants women back in the kitchen, CivNats want to expel all the commies, Libertarians want to abolish the state, TradCons want mandatory church, etc. Trying to recruit the masses at this point can only exacerbate that problem.

The BoomerCons aren't even worth trying to include. They are useful only as a smokescreen.

In order to be a coherent vision, it would first need to be coherent, and then be a vision.

Or women find themselves being "gaslighted". "If you bring up something that is upsetting you and you're told 'well, you work with 12 men, what do you expect?' I expect to be treated with respect and I expect not to be subjected to this in my working life," she said.

  1. WOW, some low-IQ skank didn't like what someone said. Definitely reasonable to expect 12 other people to adjust to your idiosyncrasies, rather than being less of a useless skank.
  2. That is not gaslighting...

Despite the slew of allegations about the craft brewing industry, there are people committed to diversity. Mr Jones said at his firm 80% of people in management or team leader roles are women.

Ah yes, much diverse.

I wonder how often she does things any of the twelve men don't like, but they don't complain because A. she's a woman and B. they already know nobody cares if they don't like something.

If all of your "lived experiences" qualify as literal reality, then anyone telling you something you don't want to hear is "gaslighting" you.

Other women alleged they had been propositioned or sexually assaulted by co-workers or managers, and nothing was done.

So hitting on someone (who knows what "propositioned" means here, it could be anything from "hey baby wanna suck my dick" to "would you like to get lunch sometime?") is equivalent to sexual assault.

That's why it is key, she said, to have corporate governance measures in place. It means "you have got the right structures so that you can intervene at the right points in time before decisions are made and move along too quickly and you can't go back".

And there's the actual way they want to enter and control. HR hiring friends and like minded people into non-creative positions of power.

What's the difference between "craft beer" and "microbrewery?"

Asking because my area has started to be known for the latter. And I could swear most of my area is based, despite being in Illinois.

Politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed.

Mao Zedong

https://www.marxists.org/reference/archive/mao/selected-works/volume-2/mswv2_09.htm

short read, know the enemy and all that

Always keep the strategic goal in mind: control over the institution. Or, if control isn't possible, then destruction of the institution so it can't support the "enemy".

Complaining about "sexism" and "diversity" is an attack method against a point of vulnerability. Namely that nearly all white people working age have been indoctrinated by the subverted media and education institutions to fear accusations of racism/sexism more than anything else.

It comes down to a threat. Either you cede control of the organization to our political agents and allow it to be used to forward our agenda or we will bring our social weaponry to bear against you. We will slander you to destroy your reputation and relationships. Our slander will be reinforced by media that is sympathetic with our "revolution". If you resist we will escalate to eventually going after your friends and family, and eventually you will probably lose anyway. And nobody except other unpersons will come to your defense.

Workers recounted comments like "I didn't know girls like beer" or racist remarks.

OMFG! SOMEONE SAID "I DIDN'T KNOW GIRLS LIKE BEER" ?! CALL THE POLICE!

Craft brewing has been pozzed as fuck for a long while now. I'd have to dig back through my alt account's comments on reddit to find it, but there was a story that cropped up a couple years ago where a well-established microbrewery that produced their own recipes was basically denied entry into a contest because their label and name for one of their brews was deemed "offensive" by the judging panel. If memory serves me, it had something to to do with a play on the beer being a blonde ale, and the label had a cartoon image of a well-endowed woman. Because the snowflakes on the panel got their fee-fees hurt, they banned ALL of the brewery's beers from being entered into ANY of that area's competitions.

It doesn't help the craft brewing field that a HUGE amount of people who are into it are fart-sniffing, overly-pretentious, SJW asshats that, as they usually do, expect everyone else in the field they're entering to change to accommodate them, rather than them learning the way things work among that group.

Solution: Stop frequenting brewpubs that exhibit wokeness. Stop buying microbrews that come from woke companies. Start brewing your own, and gatekeep the entryists out.

I just want to drink some IPAs and be left alone. Sadly the people who sell me the IPAs are the same people who won't leave me alone

IPAs brings up another point that comes to mind. I enjoy the occasional IPA (I'm more of a malt man, myself), and the obsession with cramming more and more hops into a brew has always baffled me. I mean, I get the enjoyment of the crispness and bitterness of hops, but triple or more the usual amount of a standard IPA? It makes my mouth pucker just thinking about it.

I used to be really obsessed with craft beers. So, I drank them from the advent of microbreweries. At the beginning, the flavors were all unique and more interesting. My friend was commenting how they all taste the same now. I have to agree with that. Something changed - they all have the same (shitty) flavor now. I stopped drinking beer for the most part. The only beer I think tastes good now is a German or Czech Pilsner, and even that is astronomically better on tap in its native home. They also aren’t adding a bunch of chemicals to the beer like US microbreweries are now.

Please this. I live in a city where numerous people I work with and people I know outside work craft their own beers or are at least aficionados. I would enjoy seeing how they deal with being shamed.
