Exactly. This all started Rowling commented on the "people who menstrate" phrase. It shouldn't have been controversial but her fans are too sensitive.

I was listening to someone who escaped from NK talk about what it would be like if Kim Jung's sister were to take over & she basically came to the same conclusion - for a woman to be in that position, they would be more ruthless and more paranoid than a male counterpart.

I mean... seems like a typical boss.

The complaint is that he surrounds himself with people who know more about specific subject matter than he does & can present him with good ideas. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

Wait.. I'm confused. Do you mean that squatters set up tents at the site, or is the city literally covering a hole in the ground with tents? I need a picture.

Don't worry child, that money's not abandoned, just creatively laundered & written off.

No, it needs to have nipples. Just like Batman Forever.

He's on to something.

Let's gather up all the descendants of former slaves and put them on sailboats back to rural Africa where they don't have as much pollution.

Ah, equity. Code word for communism.

A PREGNANT INDIVIDUAL

I'm sure they mean pregnant woman here.

SECTION 3. Safety clause.

And of course the safety clause. This means it can't be overturned by a petition of the people.

I agree. My bf is a teacher and he has both ends of the spectrum in his class. Someone in a "Let's Go Brandon" hoodie, and then someone whose gender changes often in the same classroom. And they're not outliers - kids form groups based off of political ideologies.

It's heartening to see kids push back against the woke bullshit, but I don't think it's healthy, to be honest. They shouldn't have to worry about that shit, you know? Besides that, I'm worried that the degradation of natural discourse will even further divide these kids.

Tonya didn't even cripple the other skater herself, she had to have a man do it.

Twitter is cancer. After this interaction, she could have done one of many things: 1. Reflect on her actions 2. Confront this guy herself or, 3. Tattle to the internet & hope cancel culture runs its course. Coward.

Yes and no. It was a slow burn, accelerated mostly by transplants into Boulder/Denver. Colorado is red outside of those areas, including Douglas county.

They get so close to reality but never quite get there.

Covid did hasten the process, but only because the censorship went too far and was too fast. I don't think it had anything to do with social isolation, though I could be wrong. And, I agree with them - once you wake up, there's no going back to the delusion.

The parents and community voted for these schoolboard members. If they don't like being beholden to elected members, then they shouldn't be teachers... it comes with the territory.

...what? Genome mapping takes years to identify markers for diseases we already know exist. There's no possible timeline where this makes sense.
