I mean... seems like a typical boss.

The complaint is that he surrounds himself with people who know more about specific subject matter than he does & can present him with good ideas. I don't see how that's a bad thing.

It's bad because the retards that were at Twitter knew less about any subject matter than Elon and the world is only just now unearthing exactly how stupid they are.
