It's not always necessary to obliterate a target to cause considerable impact, and Iran's attacks certainly aren't random. Just look at Qatar and their helium production.

Agreed. It's kind of amazing yet utterly unsurprising with how many changes leftists have pushed in the US, that's one "tradition" they don't seem to be bothered by much collectively. Probably partly because it affects boys and men so they just don't care, and partly because up until recently neither side of the uniparty would risk offending their masters.

IME this isn't as clear of a sign in the western states as in the more eastern ones for some reason. I know of Popeyes in some fairly nice areas in the west, but only in seedy neighborhoods in the east.

I wouldn't say just "Allows." It's one key way they work around the Fourth Amendment and other fundamental rights: Outsource the violation to another country, and judges declare that somehow that's magically legal.
