It's like the dinner table scenes from American History X where Derek (or his dad in the earlier time) make a bunch of honest, valid points, but end with racism, so all the valid points are magically null and void. Standard lefty trick.
Hell even the earlier dinner scene with Derek going at it with his liberal sister and the Jewish teacher guy his mom was dating. Derek makes great points about how liberals just twist definitions to excuse the statistics. But then of course he snaps and goes crazy just to nullify all the points he made.
That show Man in the High Castle tried to do that too. I think alternate history is an interesting concept, but they made the yahtzees look too good and I lost interest in the show so I have no idea how it ended up, probably badly because that alternate history didnt include gay race communism
John Smith becomes Fuhrer of America but gets killed by terrorists, and his second in command calls off an attack on black communists in California after the Japanese have left, implying that he wants to make peace and end the Nazi regime.
I just imagine someone else in the room shooting him and taking over.
