Protip: A lot of those realty websites don't expose things like crime maps, but they do tell you the nearest schools and possibly link to a "GreatSchools" rating. Click the nearest schools and look at the "Student Demographics." Roundabout, but answers the question.
To test, I took a red crime, Tyrone cluster from op site in Charlotte NC. I found a 2 bed, 2 bath condo for $837k. Nearest schools are:
High: 58% White, 21% Black, 15% Hispanic
Middle: 42% White, 40% Black, 12% Hispanic
Elementary: 75% Black, 15% Hispanic, 3% White
And the elementary school is the geographically closest of the 3. For $837k.
I’ve been using the great schools extension to sort out areas while house hunting. The Hispanic population is exploding in elementary schools, over 30% in a lot of smaller cities around me.
IME this isn't as clear of a sign in the western states as in the more eastern ones for some reason. I know of Popeyes in some fairly nice areas in the west, but only in seedy neighborhoods in the east.
I had to drag a victim of a mob beating at a popeyes into the restaurant and lock us in a bathroom one night. Someone stole my order. I was high as fuck and it was all that was open near the 18th st city steps in south side, right their in front of the geagle by the wharton building behind carson. The manager wound up giving me double chicken, so I had dinner the next night in my new house on the slopes.
Think mate. There are less areas that are [guaranteed] safe to go than there are areas that are [guaranteed] not safe to go but not [guaranteed] safe to go.
IE: the postulate - because an area is not guaranteed to be not safe to go, it does not imply it is safe to go.
I did. It still makes sense to go to areas that are not on the map because predators are just as risk averse and opportunity-cost oriented as the prey they hunt.
Mate, dude, bro, bruh, brah...i LITERALLY spelled it out for you: If there are Popeyes/Jamals in the area it is unsafe; if there are no Popeyes/Jamals doesnt mean it is safe. Contraposition.
Let me dumb it down for you mate, dude bro, bruh, brah:
If P, Then Q. — If not Q, Then not P. "If it is raining, then I wear my coat." — "If I don't wear my coat, then it isn't raining."
Does it rain even when you dont wear your coat? Of course it does!
And tying everything back because you have a problem understanding: "If there are Popeyes/Jamals , its not safe. If there are not Popeyes/Jamals, it is safe"
/>clicks “Tyrone”
/>enabled “Violent Crime” “Popeyes” and “Waffle House” filters
/>mfw it’s a 1:1 overlap
I’m like Salieri looking over Mozarts work crying “these are first drafts???”
Based on the thread they’re already going to expand to include muzzies and welfare, soon the poojeets will follow and the school diversity matrices.
Sheeeiiittt 🤦🏿♂️
Oh boy, this is pretty useful

Real estate in general is pretty cucked in what they can or can't say, because every question is a potential Fair Housing Act violation.

That seems small compared to what i'm used to. it was like that maybe 20 years ago here, now I imagine it's closer to 70%
This is in the Midwest, Texas was conquered a decade ago from what I can tell
I remember in peak BLM George Floydism, the show COPS shut down, but more importantly, websites like Realtor and Zillow removed their crime maps.
they shut cops down even though the show intentionally filtered for minority victims and Caucasian perpetrators.
it still wasnt enough, the fact that it showed any black criminals was the problem
AreaVibes lists all the crime in Park View-Windsor Hills, CA, as "n/a" for some reason.
THIS WAS DONE IN A SINGLE DAY! I saw his first PoC (
PeopleOfColorProofOfConcept) yesterday. He had fuzzy data.Lol at popeyes and noise levels.
Turns out the most dangerous thing online is a bored autist with too much time.
weaponized awetism

Not really a fan of their food, though.
Popeye's isn't haute cuisine, but it's one of the better chain fried chicken shops. It's at least edible compared to KFC.
If you want real ghetto hours, find a Church's Chicken.
Better sides selection
Kfc gives me diarrhea every time

Nice, this got posted over at Founding Questions too. Already an awesome app.
That might be the best real estate location finder in the whole country.
i mean sure, that works, but instead of finding areas you should not to go, find areas that are safe to go:
Look for a stand alone Lululemon store, ones in a mall do not count. Or areas that have a Whole Foods.
Either way, its in an area where white people live/congregate.
Think mate. If the area doesn't show on the map then that's your indicator that the area is safe to go.
That plane diagram with the bullet holes comes to mind.
yeah, he doesnt get it, but i explained it in terms maybe he does understand below.

TL:DR - Contraposition
TL:DR2 - Think harder mate.

Wrong!
Only if you hold on to rigid logic like an autist.
Mate, dude, bro, bruh, brah, I knew you were too dumb to understand, but I tried again anyways.
Last time Im trying this time
I'll ask this then. Why would predators venture our into areas where they are unlikely to find prey?
