You are correct. They already had accidental discharges and were shooting off live rounds between filming for fun. Pretty much the entire union crew walked off set and they had to bring in non union workers.

It's rather strange they weren't tried at the same time as co-defendants. It would make far more sense because then a prosecutor can hope the two defendants play each other by trying to shift blame.

The national guard being posted up is just a scare tactic, they really have no authority to do anything. A friend of mines husband was NG and basically anytime they did stuff like this (airports, subways, sports stadiums) they were told to call the cops if something happened. They weren't even allowed to keep their guns loaded.

Also it is doubly stupid to think checking bags is going to stop criminals. Criminals don't carry weapons in bags, they're in their pockets or wristbands.

Some judges are elected, others are appointed. But even the elected judges a lot of the time there really isn't a choice. If say the democratic party dominates that county, whoever the party picks is the automatic winner by default.

So pretty much the average lowest level judge is just a political hack that is there because they are part of the right club. The ones that have some self awareness will hire good clerks to do all their work, the ones who don't will just be unholy terrors and get all their decisions overturned.

Is South Carolina one of those states where you're allowed to vote in any primary or change your party day of?

You're the son of a billionaire and you settle for that? Come on, guy, you should be tapping models left and right.

I'll pretty much only book at name brand hotels since there is usually a standard they're held to. I've had issues with name brand hotels but they're usually resolved rather quickly. The only time I ever had a real shady situation was a hotel that was "part of hilton" but it was a franchise owned hotel rather than corporate. I wound up complaining to corporate and got a voucher for a free night at any of their locations.

They won't because most of them are RINOS anyway. They don't care about the party, they only care about the perks of being a politician.

The conspiracy theory is Michelle Obama on this one.

I'll break it down into NPC for you: Carlson is republican, Trump is a republican, therefore Carlson supports trump. Trump is a Russian agent. Therefore that means Trump gave Carlson information to give to Putin. Carlson needs to be stopped to save Ukraine. Slava Ukraini!

This has been going on since the 90s. NY politicians were instrumental in pressuring the German government( and others) to provide reparations to survivors.

I think I saw exactly one commercial (or maybe it was the trailer at the movies) for this and nothing else. So they clearly have zero confidence in it.

A lot of legal precedent winds up getting based on "OH it's a woman who brought this case," and then suddenly everything else gets thrown out from the old rules.

Basically after WW2 all the math of building a bomb is confirmed, the genie is out of bottle. Anyone that is competent in nuclear physics can figure it out. The only thing holding anyone back from buildings nukes or reactors is industrial/economic capacity.

Any well developed nation can build a nuclear bomb tomorrow if they wanted to.

The other scam is they tell professors who have star athletes in them that they can't have attendance requirements, give quizzes, or assign papers and that they can only give a midterm and a final.

A friend of mine went to a school where a big name NBA player graduated from while he was there and people used to clamor to get into classes he was in because they knew there would be zero work done in them.

Title IX is the death of sports. When I was in college(about 20 years ago) they had a fencing club that was trying to form an official team. They had enough guys lined up to form an official team but the administration said no because they needed to have women's team first to comply with title IX and that any men's team would have to be formed at least one year following the women's team.

To date they still have zero fencing teams.

The funny thing is any AI that is allowed to actually learn and use data would immediately vote out of office everyone this idiot wants to see in power.
