LOL. In my admittedly anecdotal experience, “trans ‘women’ shouldn’t be in women’s sports” is the issue where I can see friends and colleagues of all political stripes agree the most. I’ve got friends who think this person is a woman and friends who are not afraid to say this person is a man, but who all agree it isn’t right for this person to compete against women. The trans in sports issue is probably the losingest left-wing issue in terms of societal acceptance. The left may have all but completed it’s march through our institutions (despite some encouraging recent signs of pushback), but trannies in women’s sports is still beyond the even vanguard of their movement.

My favorite detail is that they counter the lead GOP lady’s claim that “California is a hub of human trafficking” by bragging that the state’s share of cases nationally has declined from 18 percent to 13, which is to say, still more than its share if cases were distributed in line with state populations! And they even lead that brag by admitting that human trafficking cases are underreported, so they don’t actually know!
(By the way, leading with the fact that kills your argument and disposing of it in one sentence of part-sentence, then dedicating the rest of the paragraph to making the case you’d make if that inconvenient fact was not there, is a pretty standard bullshitting technique. Watch out for it!)

I’m certainly not the first, or even the 100,000th person to conclude that this is the ultimate bottom. There’s certainly enough people who are racing to that bottom a little faster than the main body of the SJW movement that regular people are able to notice it: people pushing “minor-attracted persons” and so forth, plus just open and obvious stuff like twerking at children during pride parades. I think part of why “non-binary” has to be promoted as “valid” was a recognition that the movement needed to slow down and stave off the day when pedos would be the only “oppressed” class left to bring in. No one was pretending to be literally non-binary in their very soul (as opposed to say, choosing to dress androgynously) in any real numbers until Last Sunday, A.D., which is not even true of trannies, who CAN be found in history a little bit, even if we agree it’s a mental disease rather than a legit mismatch of body and soul. Non-binary just kinda came from nowhere, and while individuals may choose to ID that way to join the oppressed team, the decision by the movement as a whole to accept and promote them was, I’m convinced, a strategy to delay the time when it will be either, accept pedos, or the movement fizzles out.
Whenever I hear about a bank robbery in the present, I assume the perpetrator is either incredibly stupid, or was really in it for the thrill and accepted the eventual arrest and prison sentence in advance as part of their mental calculation of whether to do it. Because of all crimes it must be the one you’re least likely to get away with, by far.

Haha it’s so true. I’ve taught my wife that if she brings a problem to me I will either (1) try to solve it or (2) stay silent and let her vent. I don’t even know HOW to commiserate or be a “supportive” person the way women want, because I “support” by looking for solutions. And I only offer the silence-while-vent option 2 to my wife, and she gets that option because she’s my wife. Any female friend, I will help if I can or redirect her to a woman to vent to because I simply don’t know how to commiserate. I’m not just trying to sound tough here, I quite literally cannot do it and just make people more upset if I try!
Honestly, SJW leftism is nothing other than fully weaponized femininity. Even within Pizzagate the media and lefties generally tried to portray the whacked-out claims that a few lunatics were making, like “they store the trafficked kids on Mars,” as if they were believed by all Pizzagate types and also as if they were vital to their claims as a whole. “Yeah, we can pretty much assume there aren’t kids on Mars, so turn off the lights, there’s nothing to see here at all” is what they want everyone to think. Both parties/sides pull that maneuver sometimes, so people gotta be vigilant all the time.

For a mostly uninterested-in-sports relative of mine, the giveaway was the goalkeeping. He said if all the outfield players are proportionally slower and weaker than their male counterparts, he could kinda be fooled into thinking he was watching a similar game, but some of the goalies can barely cover a quarter of the goal.
Any cursory check into his background reveals he is a truly fucked up individual even if you chose not to count his trans mental illness or his usurpation of athletic opportunities as part of the overall fucked-up-ness.
