I think you guys might be reaching a bit in assuming that this has anything to do with China. Clearly, they’re just trying to prevent anyone who came in a vampire cosplay from having hard-core gay sex with the Winnie the Pooh cosplayer on the convention floor. I understand such activity is trending in the video game world as of like three days ago.
