If it becomes more profitable to simply work off an AI, they will replace most commercially viable artists in a heartbeat because quality often matters very little compared to timeliness within a pipeline and it's hardly a prayer if the output is good enough on its own, or someone has the gumption to use fooocus, inpaint, or has the skill (doesn't take much) to correct what needs correcting. They will replace you for a nickel more and a minute saved. Look at how quickly every art hosting website jumped at throwing everyone's work in the blender - you're basically fucked the moment the smoke clears and the rallying and chanting loses its novelty.
Mediocre AI generations (with corrections) > Most Mid-Upper Level Artists, and soon the best in the industry - and from what I have seen and generated myself, that is pretty fucking soon. Sure as shit the specificities these people cling to will be nothing in short order.

Sometimes I'll visit their forums to feel good about myself and how easy I have it, often times I am taken aback by the way they're treated and frankly I've seen and heard it all behind closed doors from the time I was wearing hotpants to now - I can beyond reason of a doubt see that there is legitimacy to some of what they have to say. Their resentment is understandable yet no one outside of maybe the culturally redpilled cares to even actually look into the reason why. I have never once seen incels represented by their actual points which makes sense because if they were, the privilege hierarchy would be demolished even if their blackpills were only slightly valid, which I'd say atleast 1/3rd of them are on the mark.

Aye, I've had similar experiences. It's pretty refreshing isn't it? Some of my fondest memories WoW center around 5-manning oldschool raids with a kindly older woman who was essentially my surrogate mom ingame. We did everything together with the usual suspects, the crew so to speak.
Never did anything impure escape that woman. Not a single swear word, no drama, nothing. She put up with my teen angst in a very understanding way which is mind boggling to me now.

Put a bunch of words in his mouth and made up a bunch of shit about him without any proof whatsoever and everyone ate it up on the forums even though he came out with screenshots. It didn't matter to the zeitgeist.
Few months later he was vindicated when she started destroying another guild with the same routine - but another girl outed her.
Usually women 40+ playing WoW or something aren't so bad to be around though.
I see a slight bit of truth to this in that a more skilled player can carry their team regardless and is usually very casual in their thinking since they don't really have to worry about rank, since they've most likely accomplished everything there is to accomplish.
Lower skilled players are absorbed and tunnelled into what they're doing and zero in on disruptive factors, and will likely blame the lowest in the leaderboard for their loss. They lose progress and pattern recognition suggests that girls usually suck and usually result in time wasted.
Imagine at the end of the game you have yet another wasted match with some tool with a 2-15 K/D most of which being suicides and they have the absolute nerve to hop on mic and go "teeheehee".
Some girls are decent, they are usually quiet.
