It is very intentional. His job is to do FUD to support Russia. He is just being honest on his explanation that he is tuning his propaganda to the crowd.
But for those who don't understand, to a Russian "Nazi" doesn't mean "anti Jewish". It means "anti Russian". Often in the West people never learned that even by official numbers, twice as many Slavs died as Jews. Hence in his mind, someone can be both Jewish and a Nazi.
This is but another indicator that the poster is in fact Russian.

They will steal the money, but the story about helping these people is incorrect. They simply funnel it through their "charities" that kick the money back into their campaigns.
