Hard to tell, but is this not going to be a online only game? In which case even if it is alright at launch they can always corrupt it later.

The multiplayer is optional. Although like most things it make the game more fun.

I don't think it is overconfident,, i just think the crops of elites are such that they no longer can adapt and do it quietly.

Or just give schema on the communications required, so one can at least build a middle layer without reverse engineering everything and perhaps make a setting to redirect where it communicate, This should protect the company from all the pesky copyright which might be in the binary.

The post headline makes it sound better than it is, The army is only deployed in a support capacity (There will be no military doing patrols) with talks of trying to get it into more active role.

Not sure about riots, but there would be complains and perhaps even functional boycotts.

Well, 2D game engines and even libs for creating 2d games has been around for quite some time.(SDL 25 years) They do require some skill and understanding of coding to use and then you would need to code your own physics and sound system and so on. But to create a 2d game has been quite achievable for a long time.

What has happen is that internet 2.0 have given people easy tutorials to get started with mainstream engines that are on par with the AAA engines and even the AAA games use the same engine (but slightly modified) these engines used to be black boxes.

Never forget that big game studios are bullshit artists and if devs keep making elaborate excuses for not implementing something more often than not it's because they suck at code

Well, games where always about illusions, shame that they spent that skill on marketing instead of game design xD

Ehh, Not sure they solved it, if you consider moving cursor and clicking to be all. Is still just a map of some very specific action, (I wonder how much false positive they get?) Can't find any whitepaper on it.

Mapping an entire brain and all of its functionality should be quite time consuming in order to get a accurate representation of a digital soul, They do not have thought to speech, which I think would be more of challenge and a sophisticate brain signal.

Yes, and no, There are individuals of the gen pop whom seems to want this (not calculating in the grifter whom gains) but I suspect that they are symptom on the abuse from the elites over a long time.

It is a shame that you cannot see more source code from modern games, would be nice to see how they are evolving or devolving, you only get part of the concept explained here and there.

Got the whitepaper for the Robobrain? Not aware of storage tech for brain matter atm.

Regarding the monkey tech last I checked we did not have good enough mapping of the brain to do sophisticated translation of "brain signals" to computers. Not easy to map it.

Now we have the autistic to troon and the autogynephilia to troon pipeline, would you say that autism is related to autogynephilia or this 2 different pipeline?

Yes, I think if the original team is the one doing the EE edition, then most of the time it is done out passion to make a better game or to fix the things they could not get done the first time, thus making it better, but when you outsource it then you get Warcraft 3 or if it is done in house with an other team they do not have the passion to improve, only the goal to get paid.

Suddenly they will get to be part of the ones getting the bribes and then things don't seems so bad.

Little known?, its been talked alot about it, It had its moments sure, but i still can not get over the section where you are forced to do some stuff in order to progress the plot. (see the phosphorus part)

A game that is now delisted and cannot be gotten official anymore (bloody copyright) Alpha Protocol is suppose to have good options in its story flow chart.

Perhaps I'm not giving the writers enough credit and this is supposed to be a social commentary on the consequences of greed in a cyberpunk universe however I don't think these woke writers are capable of that much subtlety. It feels like the choice matter games are all fake, at the end of the day you can't just say no and walk or fight out of a situation which would hugely impress me.

To posit a scenario that I would have written for a story like this. I would have given the player an entire option to ditch the chip and not insert it into your brain. That would have been really interesting, you could even make it the way more difficult option to survive through because of all the factions wanting you dead. However, you'd still have the chip generally on hand and you wouldn't need to worry about terminal illness. Carrying the chip around would be like having a live grenade in your pocket.

I mean the far cry writer manage to keep the option in their iteration of walking away, so the standard should not be that high.

multi-choice RPG with writing alone.

What is underail

Government experts say there is technology available which would allow end-to-end encryption to take place, whilst still alerting authorities to child sexual exploitation.

Backdoors are grand new invention.

Anyhow, I think you need to skip EU in its entirety when you move, the EU is still working on Chat Control
