The only change I can understand is the red cross. Those assholes are historically litigious as fuck.
I feel it's a touch reductive to simply say people with tattoos suffer mental problems. Some do it strictly for their social circles/community (in which case they are earned). Others do it as a cry for attention. It's the latter that are the problem.
Not to mention how draining it is dealing with the dregs of society. Like, the absolute worst individuals on a daily basis. It kills your innocence and turns you into a borderline sociopath. You stop seeing people and you start seeing walking charts.

Gender dysphoria should not be treated with genital mutilation. It should be treated as the mental illness that it is.
