See, according to Judaism, you cannot BECOME Jewish. You are BORN Jewish. Every Jewish person is a direct descendant of the original Jews, chosen by God thousands of years ago. If you do not have pure Jewish blood, you are considered a Goyim - and that doesn't just mean "not Jewish". It means that they consider you "less than Jewish", or even "less than Human".
If you were born a Christian or a Muslim or whatever, even if you read the Jewish texts and believe wholeheartedly that Judaism is the truth and you want to dedicate your entire life to being Jewish... you are, according to Judaism, NOT Jewish. When you die, you don't get to go to heaven, because only Jews get to go to heaven, and if you're not a pureblood, you get nothing whatsoever.
