America is shit, but some random Chinese tourist waving their fucking commie flag around would get zero traction with anyone when complaining about being in the background of someone's film in a public place.
America is BIG so there is still room for both the bad parts and the good parts. Not if the gay commies have their say of course, because they will install commissars everywhere. But for now you can look at a demographics map and find Republican voting areas where % White is > 80 and they tend to be OK.
It's extremely telling that they all realise they have no power to force YouTube and especially Twitter to remove videos anymore and that public opinion when they see it will be against them.
The UK police worldwide are seen as a joke while China is a glass cannon with nukes filled with water and buildings more sand than concrete.
Twitter sure, but Youtube? They have more power than ever. In fact, these dumb slant-eyed gooks could've just played copyrighted music loudly on a speaker and the entire video would've been deleted by the shekel-counting sewer-folk at Youtube.
That's if they were smart enough to think of that, the amount of Karen and shit policing videos I see on YouTube leads me to think only trolls are smart enough to use copyrights like that.
You can also see the cowardly weak lady cop come over and start saying nonsense like;
"You can't film now, its a police matter"
"I dont want you filming because you'll put it on YouTube" "you can't call chinese people chinese, you can't say things like that"
"...but it's chinese new year soon"

I'd probably find a way to put that video on weibo. I find their reluctance to be on vid suspicious even when flying a flag. They're probably doing something they dont want people to find out about
