Playing devil's advocate...how old were they in 2008?

Just a few years ago the left would have freaked the fuck out over this kind of stuff. Now they rally around it and even praise it.

If you really want to see some bullshit, look up an early, almost proto-punk band called Death (not to be confused with the metal band of the same name). Black dudes making music about ACTUAL issues, such as politicians not caring about the public, class wealth disparity, etc...yet they get almost no respect or attention outside of a small circle of punk fans. Instead we get glorified thug culture that only serves to further damage the black community because that drivel is useful to the powers that be.

I really wish Nitter was still a thing, because there's no way I'm making an X account just to see the replies.

ACG and Gameranx both said the world is really fun to explore and is full of life. Really seems like the monetization was pushed by Capcom and the devs just wanted to make their game.

I take it you didn't play the first one then?

This is an odd one to me, because even smaller reviewers were saying how good it is.

Just about sums it up. It's a perfectly fine Star Wars game with fun exploration and good combat. I'd say it's a steal for 90% off.

It's because of his ego, plain and simple. He was (and will be) a phenomenal president, but 90% of his problems come from his own ego. Likely he believes that if he is the Republican candidate and manages to win New York, he'll go down in the history books for that.

Guess we should stop reading fiction as well, especially stuff like LOTR or Lovecraft or Orwell or Herbert. And movies need to go as well, especially fantasy and action.

Also, I wonder how many women would view "writing joke articles on Facebook" as a red flag.

For all the actual good DW has done, they seem to have also developed a habit of shooting themselves in the foot and burning bridges as of late.

Is this the kid that was supposedly beaten to death by bullies?

Here I was, ready to give up any hopes of gamedev, looking for a sign as to whether I should give up or press on. Not sure if this is a sign or what this sign means

If it was just small stuff like that example, no one would be complaining. They aren't even honest in their dishonesty.

TIL that you need to be a "hardcore conservative" to want accurate translations.

The Tiny Tina casting is fine, but I have no clue what they were thinking with the rest of the cast.

Say what you will about Tim Pool, but he's pretty accurate in his takes.

Ehhh... that's easy to argue against though. Just replace "arachnid warrior" with polar bear and the statement becomes silly. Unless you're arguing for war against polar bears. Just because something is capable of great violence doesn't mean it's evil. Not saying we should necessarily SYMPATHIZE with the arachnids, but just automatically assuming they're evil is a bit silly.

From what I've heard, it's the servers getting overwhelmed with too many players. Definition of "suffering from success". Probably a nice problem to have, I just hope the devs get it sorted out soon.

Isn't it already more or less banned?

I'd rather have this than the horrible attempts at censorship and retconning.

Damn, never thought the MCU would be so brash to make Putin the next Guardians of the Galaxy villain.
