Then there's a guy seen from the inside of the building handing a pipe thru a window to a guy outside. Did they ever identify him? Yes once the doors were opened and windows already broken anybody who went in shouldn't have been charged.

Legally, the only thing this means is officers of the court (judges) won't allow these people to be convicted of... something. I'm not even sure that's clearly defined and is one avenue of challenge. I'm holding out hope the Trump will do what he has to do and let history be the judge.
