That sounds fun honestly. I'd still fire the guy, but we'd share a laugh while he gets escorted off the premises.

The best part is that interfering with an investigation like that is a federal felony. Even if they take a plea and serve little or no time, their little prank will bar them from most good jobs, voting, and legal guns.

Way to prove their exact point that you have way too much time on your hands, don't do any work, and are a complete waste of taxpayer money.

They really live in such a Union/Tenure created bubble where they can't imagine being fired for legitimate reasons, only for their approved reasons like hate speech on a private social media.

The guy who solved some long-standing archeology problems through computer prowess and won a lot of money and awards for it. That dork is the one they're terrified of: The guy who can find data thousands of years old that had been burned in a volcano.

That would fall under the grounds of interference, since it's a physical action intended to impede investigation.

I don't even like cops/law, and I usually hate the interference charges that get thrown out there, but this is explicitly malicious intent with the purpose of interfering with legal orders.

Obstruction of justice is a felony under U.S. federal law. While obstruction of justice is often charged under a state law, the matter becomes a federal charge if it involves a federal court proceeding or the federal government.

The federal statutes criminalizing obstruction of justice are found in Title 18, United States Code, Chapter 73. Overall federal law features a litany of separate and distinct provisions for obstruction of justice.

18 USC 1503 is the most common obstruction charge. The statute has two prongs-, one concerning obstruction by attempting to influence jurors or officers in a judicial proceeding; and another that concerns obstruction of the “due administration of justice"

A violation 18 USC 1503 is a felony offense for which the sentence can include imprisonment for 10 years.

A parallel provision concerning the “due administration of justice” is 18 USC 1505. ...this statute governs any proceeding before an administrative agency, department, or committee of the United States, including Congress. It applies to investigative demands from federal departments, including subpoenas, ...

Threaten a few of these worthless children with a decade in federal prison and see how many more keep trying it. Do they seriously think they can just be silly and goofy and annoying and not get fucking bitch-slapped by the feds?

They legitimately think they live in a popculture world where you can be clever enough that authority will just give up on consequences. Where they can yell "Just one more thing" and give a speech that causes DOGE to throw their hands up and leave through the sheer power of their verbal trap.

Threaten a few of these worthless children with a decade in federal prison and see how many more keep trying it.

Nah, don't threaten them, just quietly let them all pull out enough rope to hang themselves with and actually charge as many as possible. A felony rap will flag in background checks and is an excellent way to make sure they can't just quietly get rehired by a sympathetic stooge elsewhere.

You're gonna need to find a federal judge that won't support obstruction of justice against Trump.

If I did shit like this during an audit at work I'd not only get fired on the spot, I'd put the company at risk of being shut down. Government employees really are full of hubris.

They already do all of this. They did try to physically stop them.

Several years ago, I said that the Left has institutional power and uses it as a weapon that wields systemic and institutional force. My example was going into Walmart to buy milk.

The greeter harasses you, the janitor spills water on the floor, the stock boy blocks an isle, another stock boy proceeds to smash every milk jug in the store, the casher quintuple charges you, the manager calls the police, and the security guard pulls a gun and threatens to kill you, each level of force escalating every time you get closer to having purchased the milk.

You will likely never buy milk from Walmart if this is done to you. And the people doing this will have the dedication to do it every single time without exception.

They're telling you that they intend on behaving like this, but this is always how they behave.

If you see a progress pin, you literally can't expect the person wearing it not to intentionally fuck with you, even to the point of breaking the law, in order to make your life hell because they are resentment-mongering, malevolent, malicious, petty, dysgenic, freaks. They will spit in your food, pour bleach in your drink, swipe your card 8 times, have security/police called on you, be given wrong directions/instructions/time frames, etc., all because you wore a Cincinnati Reds hat that they thought was a MAGA hat from behind and they thought you might have been a Trump supporter. And all of them agree that they are the final arbiters of morality and virtue while doing this.

This is why you fire them without mercy, you do not ever co-operate with them or assist them, and you do not ever tolerate them in your own home or workplace.

I don't know why the hyper incompetent government doesn't pretend to be even more incompetent, to the point of actively sabotaging the people here to improve the efficiency and cut funding of said incompetent government.

Come on retards just think this through a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, miniscule, infinitesimally small amount. I understand that you can only think of funny silly looney toons sabotage but it sure as fuck doesn't improve your chances of not getting shitcanned and laughed out of interviews for the rest of your life.
