The difference between attack us, the regular public and the corrupt establishment.

Yup. He would have been out in couple years to do it all again had he not attacked the wrong person.

Literally the only time you can guarantee a female judge will apply an excessive sentence is if the crime inconvenienced her personally.

Or if it's against a person she finds icky, or is the wrong color, or any number of things that a male judge wouldn't even think of.

Lol it's not excessive and he was already about to get a long sentence

Fine, call it inconsistent rather than excessive then. Supposedly what he was looking at before that stunt was 4 years. Even if she was throwing the book at him the length of incarceration went up ~600-1500% once it became personal.

No retard his sentence went up 600 percent when he committed several felonies in a span of a minute including attempted murder. It's really not hard to understand

Fun fact, he was originally up for felony battery charges. I.E what this act would have been charged with in 99% of districts in the US, if it wasn't a judge.

Most people, judges included, don't have the mental ability to imagine themselves in a situation. They can't understand something unless it is happening to them.

The judge he attacked was literally about to sentence him for a long time because he's a violent lunatic. That's why he attacked her

You can watch the video - she was saying why she was going to throw the book at him immediately before the attack. Appealing to statistics or bias to claim she was going to give him a slap on the wrist when you have video evidence that you are wrong is retarded.

I swear the average IQ on here is getting lower and lower. The dude you're replying too apparently is deaf and blind

Are you retarded mother fucker? She was literally in the midst of giving him a harsher sentence. That's why he attacked her. The average IQ on this forum is rapidly dropping

In case there's anyone left who wonders why we have such a nasty crime problem, the backstory here is very informative. He was being sentenced for another crime (IIRC it was a probation/parole violation, so he's a repeat offender), and given the legal system's habit of coddling criminals his lawyer had primed him to expect probation or some other slap on the wrist. When the judge indicated she was going to sentence him to prison (3 or 4 years IIRC) he flipped his shit and attacked her. If only they had been this serious about punishing all his previous crimes...

If only the nation adopted a 3 strike and you're deported solution....

We don't have to live like this.

Only if we relax a lot of the petty laws

If you get hit twice for petty laws and you can't figure out how to stop after that, I think our country is better off without you from a mental ability standpoint.

And that's assuming this isn't about drugs, because that's the only "petty/dumb" laws people complain about, which you really should figure you need to stop after 2 hits.

It does, doesn't it? Two would allow for one false accusation to occur (which we are assured never happens), one misstep of justice, three is downright generous. And yet, people get in a paranoid tizzy over it.

We're talking deportation. I have no problem giving those people less than a fair shake.

Judges probably should get what they deserve for being lenient on criminals. They're part of the problem, not just the DAs, by commuting or reducing sentences of repeat offenders. The citizenry shouldn't have to suffer the consequences from these self-righteous types.

Moral of the story: The judicial system punishes people who try to injure judges far more harshly than people who murder other people.

The Nobility punishes peasants who dare to strike back when they are pushed around.

This guy was a retarded nigger who absolutely deserved extra time for attacking yet another person, but lets not pretend that the sentence handed down wasn't influenced by who he attacked.

Like the UHC assassin (or at least the patsy they seem to have found), the amount of effort the aristocrats exert to hunt down those that damage them is exponentially more than the effort they give to stop much more serious threats to the peasants. The last time I saw this level of effort was the Boston Bomber, and he had to kill and injure hundreds more for that. Or the 1/6 protestors, who did basically nothing and yet are treated worse than actual murderers.

Don't forget Christopher Dorner and his cop-killing campaign. The LAPD shot up a old lady's truck delivering newspapers because the cops were paranoid it was his. They ended up torching the cabin Dorner was holed up in.

Not condoning what he did, but she didn't do herself any favors by being a little cunty before he chimped out, iirc.

Honestly, he deserved being treated like that after all he had done, but on principle I find the fact that judges enjoy giving little sermons and crowing around like judgemental hens (because they all want to be Judge Judy) to be quite pathetic on its own.

A court room should be about legality, not a soapbox for them to virtue signal how noble and moral they feel they are over the bottomest rungs of society.

I'm the last guy to defend a woman regardless of the circumstances, but it seemed borderline at best to me. Like I can see why she may have seemed cunty when I have my cunt detector on, but it's not something I would have picked up on if I hadn't been looking for it because of others bringing it up. I think he just expected yet another slap on the wrist and chimped out when he realized he was finally going to be held accountable for his nigger shit.

Retard. So was she supposed to suck his dick instead of addressing his long criminal history. Literally all she was doing and telling him he wasn't getting another slap on the wrist

“I'm not making excuses for my actions, but I'm saying I'm not a bad person and I know that I did not intend to kill Mary Kay Holthus,” he said.
