I feel like this is something we might need to talk about.
As you all know, we cannot guarantee that Trump will be sitting in the white house a year from now, as much as that would be a good thing to happen. Some of you might argue whether or not it would actually matter and whatnot (I still see a lot of debate), but I still feel that it would at least have enough of an impact that it would give us hope. (Admittedly, one of my liberal relatives has admitted he no longer thinks it would be the end of the world if Trump wins again).
However, what is scarier is the possibility of Kamala getting in. It might not be the end of the world, but I could easily see her continuing the damage that has been done during Biden's time - and I think that we all agree that there is a good chance the country goes to World War 3 under her.
At the same time, though, we need to remember what we gathered together under. I feel like even with the utterly abysmal state of the vast majority of the video games industry (and other industries) we have managed to do some good, such as exposing Zoe Quinn and her associated cronies, spreading awareness of Sweet Baby Inc, and working against a lot of the garbage in modern AAA titles like Assassin's creed: We Wuz Samurai and Dustborn. However, there is still a lot of shit to be done, as it looks like it will be a while before DEI policies or other bad decisions lead to the death of a major company (well, maybe Ubisoft, but I feel like they could get bought out to survive).
Regardless, in any case, there are some questions that need to be asked:
-
How do we survive four to eight years of Kamala, whether next year or a term following that?
-
Even if Trump makes it another four years, how do we take advantage of that? I fear even if he tries his best a lot of his best policies might get blocked by house democrats or doormat republicans.
-
Regardless of either of the last two questions, how can we ensure that more of the good fight is fought? Are there any more good efforts being done against DEI? Some good lists of consultancy firms like SBI might be a good start, at least.
If Trump wins is just a question of being entertaining for 4 years and a delay on immigration.
Immigration is already out of control and demographics are destiny, at least in the short term.
So sooner or later the left will have full control for a long time.
What does the left want to do with the control:
Take away freedom of speech
Disarm the population
Make whites a minority (this can be marked as done)
Unite the other minorities in an anti-white coalition in order to maintain long term control.
To protect yourself you need to be in an overwhelmingly white, preferably rural and religious community in a pro-gun red state and have a job where you are independent or otherwise protected against DIE.
There is nothing that will stop the left, Trump can only delay it for 4 years. Demographic is destiny and no amount of conservative gaslighting will change this. All you can is prepare for the worse.
I said the exact same thing regarding Trump being a pause in leftward movement just after the 2016 election. Hope I'm wrong, but firmly believe the steal is in for Kamala this year.
Moving to a rural white community is no guarantee. Literally a small city (10k) worth of "immigrants" comes in every day. Kamala could ruin the demographics of a safe haven every day (or several small ones) too. It would only take a few years to get them all, if we aren't there already.
How else can someone prepare? I don't know, have been wondering this myself for years at this point.
The illegals themselves are going to want to be in a place that offers the best gibs. It's far from an ironclad guarantee but it is a factor.
So Kamala ensures there's a gib distribution center and Federally-subsidized apartments in every small town.
And if those buildings are still standing after a week, your town deserves it.
The top New story on the feed is a 61 y/o UK grandfather dying in prison after being sentenced to 2+ years in jail for holding a "Deep State" placard at a migrant hotel clash.
I like your sentiment, but our side quickly abandons and forgets its martyrs.
His mistake was not recognizing he was slated to be killed anyway, and acting appropriately. Merely holding a sign is a joke of a defense for his way of life.
But your not wrong, we don't have people willing to go the distance. Leftists have been saying for years "be the change you want to see" and it's good advice. I don't expect, but would be happy to see, acts inspiring others to act.
The US isn't the UK.
Same.
Thirded to some degree, actually. I still think there's a toss up over whether the elites would rather Trump take the fall for their shit or not, but I think it could still happen.
If there is a silver lining, though, people are not buying their bullshit anymore.
Okay.
Stay home.
Let Kamala win.
Collapse is inevitable, right?
Fucking doomers...
Of course cause there is no middle ground between thinking that the Left will cheat and not voting
Correct.
Make it so blatant that it wakes up the people.
Demographics is only destiny if we insist on playing nice instead of forcibly changing them. You know, like how the left is currently forcibly changing them in North America, Europe, and Australia. It can be reversed real quick if we boot out everyone who's ancestors weren't here a century ago, if only we were unified and had the will to take our nations back.
It's a lot easier to bring people in then get people out
Only if we insist on being nice and non-violent about it. And it's been done before. Just look into Operation Wetback, or the soviets shuffling populations around so they could redraw a few lines on the map behind the iron curtain, or the ancient practice of conquerors like the Assyrians who would uproot entire conquered peoples and settle them elsewhere to make uprisings more difficult.
Something I was listening to that provides a little bit of a white pill for some doom and gloom.
Was listening to Robert Barnes and there's two big indicators that Trump will win:
Betting markets, people putting money where their mouth is and with a lot of them being opened up more, we're seeing a trend to believe Trump is going to win, even some suggesting he'll win the popular vote. This has been such a factor that one betting site was targeted by the Biden administration but the betting site won.
The leftists BELIEVE their own bullshit, that there was no steal in 2020, that there isn't that much support for Trump etc while things are happening like Nevada purging their voter rolls meaning more accurate ballot numbers.
But if you're talking about worst case scenario, I'd say focus on getting as independent as possible and having as much power locally as you can aquire.
Yeah obviously nothing is ironclad, but the biggest methods of fraud are out of the equation this time. Most of those important states mailed out ballots to everyone last time under the excuse of "muh COVID." So when you show up with a midnight ballot dump of 100% Biden ballots, those are actually real ballots that are fraudulently acquired or filled out. Those ballots don't even exist this time. The volume of mail requests is way down from 2020, and the dems have lost a ton of ground in what has been returned relative to 2020.
Not saying it's in the bag; there's still other avenues of fraud. But that was by far the main one last time, and they still just barely stole it in a much more D friendly climate. Most indicators show anywhere from a 5 to 7 point shift towards R's since 2020. I don't think they'll be able to pull off a steal under these conditions without their main method of obtaining ballots to steal.
That being said, no one should get cocky about it. Everyone needs to vote even if just to send a message. Fortunately I think the shenanigans last time made many people understand that no matter how far ahead you think Trump is in reality, they can still steal it.
Oh I ain't being cocky and it seems the rest of the MAGA crowd aren't ESPECIALLY after the assassination attempts (who could've guessed trying to assassinate Trump would galvanise his support?).
But it's funny that the left MIGHT be too cocky this time round thinking they'll win easily while the actions higher up seem to suggest they know she'll lose so are trying to save their skin everywhere else (House and Senate seats).
The esgablishment and the left have been pretty downcast lately actually. The only cockiness I'm seeing is coming from the right. On the one hand you have all the slop accounts on X and everywhere else spinning a triumphant narrative and making their audience feel so complacent that it might depress the vote, and on the other you've got the black-pillers saying "fuck it" and telling everyone not to bother because they're going to rig it.
I think he can overcome the rigging, but only if turnout is high enough.
I do agree that there is a real possibility that they could still win, but I will try my best to be optimistic about this whenever possible. If nothing else, there's already a lot of people who are skeptical of Kamala and the people behind her as is.
Also, while we are on the topic, godspeed to those helping out with the election observation.
There are even some gigachads that purposely register D to gain trust then become a poll worker or some other election official. Not all heroes wear capes.
Robert Barnes is still running interference for his e-lawyer scumbag friend Nick Rekieta who neglected his 5 children and had his 9 y/o daughter test positive for cocaine.
Nick is a mess but that doesn't mean the case is on the up and up.
The test was on hair only which is not an accurate way to do tests for drugs. There's also been some other weird shit to even breaking constitutional rules to prosecute him.
Point is the kids were around enough cocaine to have it in their hair. Doesn't mean they were snorting it, but normally kids don't have any cocaine in their hair.
I could see Barnes thinking if it got to the Supremes they'd say you can't search a home because of 'looks like an addict' (there was way more cause), but since it turned out he actually was a druggy freak it'll never get that far.
edit: also Robert Barnes is Vizzini
I first realized that the US, as a country, was done on election night 2008. All else since then has been reorganizing the deck chair on the Titanic.
The rot is too deep, and the actions required to actually fix things no one wants to even think about, because they would cause widespread riots if they were done.
In a way, Harris would be better, as she would hasten things along.
I personally don't expect anything from Trump but triggering the left.
Time is getting short. If you are not preparing for a Yugoslavia plus Rwanda times one thousand event right now, you are wrong.
1965 doomed the USA. Demographics is destiny.
1865 doomed the USA
1776 doomed the USA
My personal plan is moving in with my mother and getting my finances in order. She lives in a light blue area of a deep red state that still seems to be relatively high trust, and hopefully the GOP supermajority prevents any funny business at the local level. Longer term I'd probably buy a plot of land a few hours away from that. Financial independence is the ultimate goal. This is regardless of who wins.
I… Realize that everyone’s circumstance is different, and I’m glad you’re (presumably) close to your mother, but I personally would recommend thinking about that decision extremely carefully, and maybe even trying it out, short to medium-term, first…
Because (almost) everyone I know who has done that, for the same reasons as you mention (and it was the same for me), has… Ended up regretting it.
I think there comes a point once you’ve been out of their house for a bit where it just… Doesn’t work to go back. Or, at least, it isn’t necessarily a positive outcome for one’s mental health.
But that’s just my 10 cents.
Do whatever you feel is right for you and your circumstances!
I appreciate the concern, and you're absolutely right. She very much wants it to be temporary herself. I'm actually thinking of becoming a truck driver if I can't land a job in my field. Doing over the road stuff would allow me to stack cash without having to worry about finding a place to live.
The country is going into WW3 regardless of whoever wins. The swamp is going to pull a 9/11 and force Trump to respond.
There is no voting your way out.
If Trump wins it won’t really matter. If he passes strict immigration laws blue states won’t comply and the GOP is to weak willed to hold them accountable. You will have the governor of California or New Mexico meeting with Mexican officials on how orange man is bad. Leftists have shown time and time again that if they don’t win the riot, protest, complain for as long as it takes. The right will just let them be and talk about the “red wave” that never materializes. Even if Trump does win he is out after four years. The next president can just go in and instantly wave the magic pen and reverse everything. Democrats and some Republicans know this and they really only have to drag their feet for four years.
I believe this as well, though I want to add my usual. The reason the GOP won't hold them accountable is the same reason as always - the left controls the media (the traditional, and - most importantly - the internet based information). Whenever the GOP tries to respond in kind, to hold the left accountable, or whatever, the media just absolutely blasts the country with endless stories about how bad the right is, how they are "abusing" their power, how it's racist, etc. The GOP can be doing the exact same thing the DNC literally just did, and it doesn't matter - the media still springs into action, ignores/minimizes what the DNC did, and just absolutely RIPS on the right. This constant propaganda works on the large, disinterested, masses in the middle.
Once again (and, as always) that is the primary source of all our problems. Our system simply cannot survive in an environment in which only one party is held accountable, and only one party gets to decide what the "truth" is. The party that has that power can get away with almost anything it wants, and the party being persecuted by that power is nigh powerless to do anything at that point.
In any event, I think your first sentence hits the hardest. If Kamala wins, we get 4-8 more fucking years of massive illegal immigration changing our demographics until the entire country is in the same situation as California. Basically, it's going to be really hard to come back from. If Trump wins, we get 4 years of watching that aforementioned media going ULTRA negative on everything, finally reporting on how bad the economy is, and using Trump as the scapegoat. He'll probably be paralyzed from doing anything, just like last time, and after 4 years of constant media induced negativity (I really hope people remember how pervasive it was), the left will springboard back into power again (under the banner of "change"), and all we will have gotten is that 4 year reprieve.
Sure, if Trump wins, it's going to be super cathartic to watch/enjoy the Tantrum of all Tantrums, but it's still not going to mean much with regards to the course the country is on.
Until the left's ability to set/control the narrative the masses are forced to consume is taken seriously, and destroyed, nothing else can change. If we did destroy that, then - and only then - we could finally start doing the things to actually fix the country. We could start rooting these radicals out of all the places they have entrenched themselves (starting with education, and government), deporting the people who are here illegally, putting a stop to the immigration of people who don't share our values, etc.
Until then - as much as people don't want to hear it - the only hope is to have lots of kids, and make sure you are the one that "indoctrinates" them, before the left has a chance. It's the only way you are going to raise an army big enough to fight these people.
I guess that can be understood. This is why I feel that making a long term plan is important, because if it doesn't really matter at all, we need to have an idea of what to do to counter the issues that we will likely be facing.
Andrew Breitbart used to say politics is downstream of culture. We need to change the culture not just who gets elected in DC. Progressives have been working on this for a century. They infested colleges to indoctrinate the next generation. With music and movies they presented their opinions as the counter culture. They were fighting for personal choice and freedom against the stuffy conservative establishment. Each time the right just shrugged their shoulders “at least I have X”. Now progressives have taken over video games, D&D, comics, sports. All the while the prevailing conservative attitude was “wait till those whiny liberal college students get a job then they will understand.” That day never came. The progressives just took over HR departments and force everyone out guilty of wrongthink. You want a future then you need to court the next generation to view modern progressives like they made conservatives look back in the 60s & 70s.
Until red states haul gay commies off to jail for doing gay commie stuff, and red state judges deny bail for flight risk, nothing can change for the better.
My genuine take?
If Kamala wins, it's only because the DS cheated very, very big, and everyone knows it. The Right (and even a good bit of the middle) will not accept this fraud, and no, it won't be like 2020. We're likely to have some sort of significant civil conflict or re-ordering thereafter. No one will respect the Federal Government except the idiots who supported Kamala. Everyone else will look to states to provide separation, and we'll get some of that certainly, starting with Texas and Florida who will set the examples for other states that will follow.
In the meantime, China will make moves that they wouldn't ordinarily because we're all going to be caught up in our own bullshit, and the Federal Government is corrupted by China already as it is. More plainly, much of what we're about to undergo is a long-term corruption and manipulation by China. They live to carry out life-spanning agendas, something that Westerners can't even fathom.
The race grifting, drunken cackling, question dodging, blame shifting, "3-story McMansion in a rich neighborhood is middle class" peddling, teleprompter is going to be the next anointed president. The purpose of voting this cycle is to make the steal more blatantly obvious than it already is so that normal people can understand. Voting is very important for this reason, but don't give in to the hopium that the outcome will be any different.
My plan going forward is to clear out all of my debts and own as many hard assets as possible. Own my house, own my car, own my food.
I've already armed myself for my own safety. You should also arm yourself while you still can because they are jumping at the bit to get rid of your ability to protect yourself. if it's not the feds, you've got cartels and gangs given a free ticket to operate in the United States, as well as Chinese Nationals who are all military aged men and loyal to the CCP.
Get away from Urban Zones and military targets because the escalation over Ukraine is going to continue. While I do think Putin would have sent the nukes already if he was going to, the possibility is still on the table. Aside from the threat of nuclear war, don't forget the possibility of more climate lockdowns, likely under the guise of the bird flu. even if all that doesn't come to pass, the welfare state will increase which means more drug addicts on the street, more shit on the sidewalk, and more of your money diverted to their gibs.
Speaking of escalation, there's a very real threat of NATO creating another axis of evil between Iran, China, Russia, and North Korea. if another world war breaks out, and the nukes miraculously don't fly, they will be coming to your house to drag you into the meat grinder. What the rest of you do with this is up to you, but they will never take me alive.
Back in ~2018 or so you should have seen the writing on the wall and started the process to move you and your family to places maximally supportive of a dissident lifestyle. You also should have started stocking up on supplies and learning basic skills that would assist in times of infrastructure collapse. If you haven't done these things, do them now.
You take advantage of it by doing the above, since even if Trump directly acts in your favor, it's only a matter of time before power shifts yet again. Now is the time to get strong, cultivate skills and supplies, and create a strong social network.
unless you're willing to step up, there will be no "saving" of anything aside from maybe you and yours. Make your life as difficult to destroy as possible. Move rural. Get a job that can't be taken away from you. Get a rainwater barrel. The idea is to be as independent as possible so when diversity finally sinks our social ship you can be an asset to reconstruction and not a detriment.
Getting back to state and local politics is really the only way. Elect state politicians who refuse to recognize the legitimacy of the federal government, and engage in a cold secession. Disregard federal edicts across the board, and dare them to stop you.
More specifically, elect governors who will cooperate with militias, and promote cooperation and crossover between state militias and national guard. At the municipal level, elect mayors and police chiefs who will allow local militias to do what needs to be done.
A very important point to make is to never give up on cities in red states. So many conservatives complain about cities but then put little to no effort into taking cities back, and they just give up at the first sign of failure. Stop that. Taking back our cities isn't gonna be easy, but only a little bitch decides to throw in the towel because of that.
Promote alternative finance schemes as well. Set up state banks and local public credit unions, push cities to build affordable housing so they can use the rent for tax revenue, etc.
Special Economic Zones can also be useful for revitalizing current cities (if you can get them reformed as such) or building new ones. Protect them from federal intrusion, use them to bypass federal regulations, etc. Can even use them as bases for alternative currencies, most notably the trading and storing of precious metals and the use of crypto, as well as possible BRICS involvement.
Broadly speaking I'm a doomer. But my white pill is still Jan 6.
It's sort of the watershed of "could you imagine how easy it would be if we were as nasty as they pretend"
It's lessons learned. It showed how easy it was, it showed how much fairness there is (none) and it taught a lot of people the lesson about striking at the king.
I call all that positive, and if it happens again this time I'd expect escalation. I cant say it'll be enough escalation, but the pressure certainly isn't going down.
