Look at that, the government of a state halfway across the country is urging the persecution of someone not under their jurisdiction.
On the sole basis of being a real Christian. A literal conspiracy against rights.
"Coexist", they say.
“We just wanna get married” became “bake our cake bigot” really quick
The plan was always normalizing perversion and paving the way for pedophilia. It's all the same.
First they pleaded for tolerance, then they demanded acceptance, then they demanded celebration, now they're demanding participation.
And now it's moved on to "leave us alone to mutilate and molest your children".

Totally stole that from another reply.
That case still makes me mad
How anyone could look at the behavior of those "customers" and not think their requests aren't nakedly malicious harassment baffles me. They never wanted a cake, they wanted to be refused so they could sue. If they made the cake the customer would probably ghost them and not pay or pick it up.
Exactly and he had no problem making a normal cake for anyone.
Both times that happened to him. It was obviously a coordinated effort
Not only that, but someone who explicitly ran on the platform of "I'm gonna use my position to get Trump!" Then spends years investigating him, only to come up with, "I don't think your property is worth as much as you (and the bank) agreed that it was. You owe us $350 million plus interest."
That whole case is the banks and Trump saying "I consent" and then Letitia Janes coming in decades later with "isn't there someone you forgot to ask?" and, so far, getting away with it.
Community notes have no chill and I'm all here for it. Them alone have raised Twitter from sewage level to just trashy in terms of social media rankings.
They seem mostly busy with Nijisanji, anything the Dems say and A TON of fake news just spread around by leftists in general. On the right, they seem to be more on adding more context than flat out showing them to be wrong.
That’s what the media manipulation is all about. Sure Trump says things that aren’t 100% true but then you see CNN post an article saying “Trump hates babies” with an out of context quote
Much like the best of politicians, they aren't completely a foolproof plan (I've seen a few people around here say they think they allow brigading from lefty scum) but they have helped and do help people shut down a lot of the malign influence the platform has had.
They target that cake shop. They intentionally use law fare to try and put that cake shop out of business. The time before this, it was a fucking lawyer asking for a satanic cake.
Niggerbitch being a niggerbitch
I didn’t know about the dildo devil topper. I know the majority of bakers have a “No Adult themes policy”’unless they are an adult cake shop. That is straight up nasty.
They do. Gibson’s bakery did and won. The major problem isn’t that the grounds of a possible lawsuit but the cost of one and how much they grab get back.
He should be allowed to file harassment charges against anyone who keeps trying at this point.
And the problem of regardless of victory, you are now a political battlefield business.
So you have to forever more deal with your only customers being people on the Right coming in, probably asking for their own political cakes, and constant harassment from the Left regardless.
Which would exhaust anyone.
AG Sheboon is a fucking disgrace.
Soon blue states will only have megacorporations that do the bidding of the uniparty. Which is fine with me, so long as red states can hold their own and be free.
They harass the shit out of this shop because they know they will decline and it will get them attention. Just order the cake somewhere else.
Crowder proved plenty of muslim-owned bakeries will refuse to make costum gay cakes.
Leftists never go after these for reasons we all know ( they hate White, Christian people ).
Is it an election year for her?
What should we call this phenomenon, which has shown up a surprisingly non-zero amount of times? Bake-rape?
The action of forcing a human to perform a service they do not wish to perform is called "slavery", in most cases.
That is what it amounts to, yes.
I urge her to resign.
Oh, look, dumbass dindu bitch violating Article IV, Section 1. "Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the ... judicial Proceedings of every other State." Shaniqua, I know that maps confuzzle you, but New York is all the way over here points at right side of the US map, and Colorado is aaaaaaalllll the way over here points at center of map. It's even farther away than Bushwick or Atlantic City.
is that the only cake maker in town? In the state?
I don't think anyone is really REQUIRED to take on a job they do not want to take (welfare and EI recipients aside). It's their loss of money so it's up to them.
Even if he's the only one in town, freedom of association is important
Never get tired of it.
Community notes doing what the media selectively does.
Freedom of association, imo the most important first amendment right, is essentially dead
