Probably because it's a skeleton crew by now, EVERYONE knows she won't win so anyone with talent or job sense has left by now leaving only the incompetents and those that literally have no where else to go.
She has no intention to "win". She intends to be the last one in the race if the lawfare works to knock out Trump.
If there's something you'd expect an Indian candidate to get right, it be the tech sector.
While there are a lot of good Indians in tech there are also a lot of bad ones. I've worked with Indian departments, granted from India rather Indians that moved to US, and they can be horrendous to the point where IT companies greatly shrank their departments there especially when it comes to programmers.
I've worked with H1B indians before and they're awful. It's not the individual, it's the culture. They'll lie about what they can do, deadlines, bugs, etc. If anything gets developed, it's because the one White guy did it. They smell like shit because they wipe themselves with their hands. Also - they all cheat on their exams so you can't trust any of their credentials.
I work with an Indian, nice guy, hard working but so true about his certifications. He has a lot more certifications then I do but he can't read code and he needs step by step instructions.
