If there's something you'd expect an Indian candidate to get right, it be the tech sector.
While there are a lot of good Indians in tech there are also a lot of bad ones. I've worked with Indian departments, granted from India rather Indians that moved to US, and they can be horrendous to the point where IT companies greatly shrank their departments there especially when it comes to programmers.
I've worked with H1B indians before and they're awful. It's not the individual, it's the culture. They'll lie about what they can do, deadlines, bugs, etc. If anything gets developed, it's because the one White guy did it. They smell like shit because they wipe themselves with their hands. Also - they all cheat on their exams so you can't trust any of their credentials.
I work with an Indian, nice guy, hard working but so true about his certifications. He has a lot more certifications then I do but he can't read code and he needs step by step instructions.

vaginashearts in some country want to take in your felons, vagrants, and general human refuse, why turn down the offer? Empty out the prisons and save taxpayer money (by giving it to yourself).There are a billion plus pajeets in India alone, just because some might be IT literate in other parts of the world doesn't mean they all are since the shit call center meme is a thing for good reason.
