This is outrageous. Yes I will beat this drum again…..we went through riots that the powers that be openly cheered that caused much more destruction but they are treating J6 like it’s the worst thing in the history of the universe. If Trump gets back in office he better pardon all of these people and being charges on the killer if Babbit. While I’m at it pardon Chauvin
One of my relatives threw that “but they have insurance” line line at me. I said so I can destroy your house because you have home insurance? He said it’s not the same thing. Also that Target had to move further out and I asked him if he cares the workers who will now have to spend more on gas and have a longer commute. He had no response
Keep pressing these idiots until they feel like fools. They may not have the capacity to think but they will respond to stimuli, so if they are made to feel like a laughing stock they may change their behavior simply to avoid having to experience that sensation.
For real though, I'm pretty sure these egregious injustices won't end short of the people perpetrating them being killed in sufficiently large numbers such that they fear to engage in the behavior anymore as a matter of self preservation.
To show naive I am I remember on J6 seeing all these news updates and thinking a bomb ahead went off the way the media was hyperventilating I saw what was going on and was like “that’s it?” This was before I heard about Babbit
But that is one of the dumbest excuses I’ve ever heard. Also the “I care more about dead bodies than buildings”. Although if you really want to see blm nuts and their Allie’s get pissed ask them why they aren’t protesting in the inner cities
Don't forget that, most insurance coverage doesn't clear the cost of removing the rubble, let alone re-building; and (like most insurance companies) if you want full payout, you'll need to drag them into court anyway, so add at least one hundred thousand dollars to the cost in attorney fees when you do get a payout.
Another question to ask is why a leftist is telling me that I should be a wage-slave with a corporate patron that will protect me from theoretical injury. Why exactly is a Leftist telling me that violence against me, my family, my career, my future, and my wealth is acceptable if I have a corporate patron to sponsor my existence.
What if, oh grand anti-corporate Leftist, if I don't feel like I need a corporate patron to sponsor my existence. What if I oppose the guild system you are requiring.
The other day I believe Short Fat Otaku on YouTube made a video about how in the greatest of all ironies, Communism was now an Ideology of the Bourgeoise.
He had a pretty good argument for it and it made sense to me, and was an answer for all the proposed questions you just had.
The explanation for everything they do and say now is because they're actually privileged, upper class/upper middle class pieces of shit signaling their wealth by wasting time bitching about things normal people don't have time to give a shit about.
Yes, it's an intellectual fad because a) the elites need something to distinguish themselves from the proles; b) the elites have always used paternalism to create dependcies, and control others from challenging them.
All of the Leftists who tried to storm the white house, burn down multiple federal court houses with people inside, regularly storm state capitols and prevent sessions going forward, bring guillotines to protests, and regularly call for the overthrow of the US government, are laughing hysterically while they tell us that the Capitol is sacred.
Every time we try to form an opposition party, a bunch of guys slathered in Day-Glo paint show up. And then the totally -authentic - conservatives - show up to denounce the newcomers.
"Conspiracy to" has always been the most ridiculous charge. Change my mind. It exists only to rope in people who can't be proven guilty, but "oh we're sure about this one; he's a well known criminal".
Local PD readily use the charge on local criminals. DC uses it on anybody they want; anybody who dared to scheme to knock on their door.
Watch any of those true crime shows where they want you to feel bad for the criminals. Like half of them are sympathetic because they were thrown in there based on an association with a murderer. Riding in the same car is enough. But naturally not-murderers should punished less severely than murderers. Under the law they are punished the same which is BS to me. And this effects black men a ton for those who are worried about the social justice aspect. Since they associate with other black men. Who shoot people. It's not always super-sympathetic people, but non-murderers don't need to be in on life sentences.
Most crimes outside basic labels like "murder, assault, robbery, rape" only exist to rope in people who haven't committed a real crime, but they really want to arrest them anyway.
I see why a lot of them might exist, and even be a net positive at times (like loitering), but in principle they are just rife for abuse if the cops feel like it.
Well the jail is full of whoever they swept up that night. Loitered in the wrong place, or girlfriend called the cops, or constructively drunk drove into a fire hydrant, IDK (after getting thrown out by the gf, probably, cuz it's always that day) . The real theft that goes on on a daily basis isn't investigated.
I actually talked to a guy in jail because I guess he thought I looked smart and asked me about his case. Anyways he asked me what "constructive possession" was, and I told him it means they didn't catch you with shit, and they're charging you with stealing it anyways. If you didn't steal it, you should not talk to the fuckin cops but tell the lawyer that shit. For all I know they just had him in on some BS. As was my case, but that's a different story.
Unless you're the fed(s) that thought up the crime and persuaded some mentally challenged sap to carry it out -- then your "conspiracy" is actually stunning and brave.
Two of the main leaders/organizers of the Ottawa trucker protest are being tried this week before Trudeau's stacked court for "counseling to commit mischief".
"Conspiracy" is a crime in itself now, It doesn't matter what sort of action you're supposed to be conspiring to commit.
If you make a plan with your brother and sister to buy your parents a new car, you are now guilty of conspiracy.
They can now point to Trump and say he conspired with these people to "overthrow the government." I'm willing to bet that this will convict him in GA or wherever these fucking disgusting lying dogs are charging him with "fomenting an insurrection."
I hope the people railroaded into the klink can raise enough $ for appeals. I suppose they'll have to use a method other than GoFuckMe and those other outfits that steal their clients' $ at the command of the state.
I was hoping the GA case would be appealed. I think it will be pretty easy for them to find one sympathetic (and retarded) jury in Fulton. Legal types, on the other hand, have been uniformly skeptical of the charges. On the TDS end of it, they frame it as "DJT gonna get away with it again because the prosecutor is just that stunning and brave".
Meaning I think judges will see it in their long term interest to have this particular case handled very cautiously. For one thing, it sets a precedent that "their bosses*" can face charges kind of out of the blue, which makes them uncomfortable. The actions occurring at the time were presumed legal, by everyone, remember. Nobody decided it was a crime until years later. That makes politicians uncomfortable, and they realize Republicans aren't going away tomorrow in Georgia. So there will likely be reprisal, and it seems like the best thing for all the politicians is to have these prosecutions not happen.
*Judges and lawyers are the same group of people. Their whole life they get paid to do "law stuff," and much of that time they spend in the private sector. They probably grant favors as a judge and then cash them in as a lawyer. It's a racket and naturally they work for rich businesspeople the most. So that's pretty much who owns em.
Unfortunately, when they are railroading you this hard, they are almost certainly also monitoring you. The moment you try to get froggy, the guy already waiting outside will be busting in to get you.

Yeah but Target has insurance bro. You can't defile our Temple of Democracy and get away with it bro.

You're doing good work bro. Make them feel like idiots and don't let up. They're just as guilty at perpetuating this sick system as any politician
But that is one of the dumbest excuses I’ve ever heard. Also the “I care more about dead bodies than buildings”. Although if you really want to see blm nuts and their Allie’s get pissed ask them why they aren’t protesting in the inner cities
They probably don't even know who Sequoia Turner and David Dorn are.
CNN had an idiotic article after Dorn’s death saying that he wasn’t killed by peaceful protesters.
"You have life insurance, don't you?"

I believe it's called "Luxury Beliefs".

And the GOP is just sitting there with their fingers up their butts gibbering like idiots.
We need a real opposition party.
Every time we try to form an opposition party, a bunch of guys slathered in Day-Glo paint show up. And then the totally -authentic - conservatives - show up to denounce the newcomers.

Yup. "Conspiracy" = Thoughtcrime, definitionally

Fucking guilt by association!

I hope you're right.
Money laundering charges and civil asset forfeiture are some completely unjust laws too!
Because fear is the only way they can hold onto power once everyone sees how destructive their policies are.
It’s also an efficient way to get rid of people while ramping up the fear factor.
Anyone that did time should get high federal positions, replacing the ped0s hanging from the streetlights.
They do it because it's a great way to make their enemies suffer.
They use fear to keep the population cowed.
It works well until it doesn’t.
I thought Tarrio was in DC, just not on the Capitol.
It's funny (sick) that child molestation is a culturally acceptable act (even pushed with tax dollars) but protesting the consensus is jail time.
Unfortunately, when they are railroading you this hard, they are almost certainly also monitoring you. The moment you try to get froggy, the guy already waiting outside will be busting in to get you.
