Keep pressing these idiots until they feel like fools. They may not have the capacity to think but they will respond to stimuli, so if they are made to feel like a laughing stock they may change their behavior simply to avoid having to experience that sensation.
For real though, I'm pretty sure these egregious injustices won't end short of the people perpetrating them being killed in sufficiently large numbers such that they fear to engage in the behavior anymore as a matter of self preservation.
