For such a population that prides itself on "not being the US," Europeans seem eager to accept the decline of their own living standards.
Stockholm =/= Sweden, it's an isolated problem, people don't tolerate it but few people care as long as it doesn't happen in their own backyard.

Fake news media is ran by the tiny hat mafia, sadly a lot of people in the government are scared of the media.
My first gut-reaction to this was "politicians SHOULD be scared of the media, and without the foreign subversion and bias that would be a good thing".
But upon reflection, I'm wondering if that whole idea was always a mistake? Has the self-appointed 4th Estate ever served society well? The government should be scared of the people. The people run the country. The media doesn't run the country. The media are not a proxy for the people, even though they pretend to be.
Firstly, it's really hard to look back at another time and place and figure out what's going on in their politics. Because think about how much disinformation goes around politically. It has always been thus, but you have less context for filtering information about a different society.
Was the 4th estate ever anything other than a subversion force by outsiders (I mean Guten-berg right?) ? it could work the way it's supposed to if not for tiny hat dominance. So I don't know. I'm not aware of a time. But one wonders about like ancient Rome.

Racism.
When it's not excused as isolated incidents, they're glossed over as simply organized crime, without referencing the origins of the clans and perpetrators, as that would be racist/islamophobic.
I'm pretty sure most European countries, including the Scandinavian countries, censor a lot of the crimes committed by non-whites. Even if the crimes are reported, the race of the perpetrator is intentionally hidden.
